This is the second day dealing with this company. Dad was discharged from the hospital at 11:00am and he was delivered at 11:45pm yesterday. DME was approved and ordered but the company only received and delivered a portion of it. Claimed the order for the bed and the chair was not received, even though it was confirmed by he hospital social worker and the nurse practitioner that it was approved and submitted (faxed). Who is telling the truth? Part of the service is having a nurse at home showing us how to administer meds and nutrition. Nurse showed up at 3:00pm the today. Luckily we had a nurse in the family that was able to administered the much needed medication timely. I am hoping for improvement in service going forward. Looking for customer service team to step up and provide resolutions to customer issues. I am looking forward to giving a 5 star rating soon

Worse company ever. Been waiting fot a Camode for over a week. Had a hip replacement I m 6 2 and they have destroyed me. Keep saying no orders or in progress or only 1 paper or insurance. No one cares or wants to work. Disgusting. I m in so much pain

This is by far the worse place for anyone to have their oxygen supply come from. The staff is rude, they all work from home and don t want to lift a finger to help the patients who are in need of them being at minimum capable of picking up a work order correctly and reading it. Stay away from them if you can.

Their billing is poor at best, a case of bills and checks passing in the mail causing account not being credited. Hard to reconcile. The main issue I have though is their office staffs lack of communication skills. I asked for them to pick up their equipment. Told I would receive a call the next morning on time they would be arriving the next day at our house for picking it up. Did not receive any call, so I called at 5:30 pm, if they were still coming, told I was still schedule for pick up and then it was a no show, and no call that they had problems to prevent the schedule pick up. The reason I have them picking up equipment is rather then deal with them through my insurance I purchased my own equipment.

Junior the driver was awesome he delivered our resident equipment on time and he was very professional and solved our issue we had, promptly and efficiently for our resident. Also a big thank you to Russell for listening to us and junior and speedily rushing our equipment to us via junior we appreciate your service.

Sent the wrong syringes today. I sent them back with the driver along with a correct one ..Please send me 15 of the correct ones. Thank you.

One Homecare solutions is a life saver. They have been serving me for years now and never had any issues. I would highly recommend it to anyone without worries.

This company has been supplying my Suplies from my sleep machine for more than 5 years. About 2 years ago your job is very bad. In my previous order the filters arrived out of their packaging, now in my order of May 13 nothing has arrived, today May 19 I call again and they tell me that they will send it today. They have a long delay in shipments and the patient has to call them again. The attention of the telephone staff is good, they are friendly, but those who have to do with the distribution are terrible. Hopefully they improve their service and be like at the beginning.

Always on time for my delivery. They call me every month to supply me with my refills. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Would recommend.

They are the worst company to work with. They know your oxygen is supposed to be delivered A.S.A.P
and their supposed to call you and it never happens that you get your delivery until the next day or 2 days later. Their never there at night or weekends when you have am emergency. The company is just horrible. The delivery guys are really nice and if you get one that is there to replace a big oxygen unit they are really awesome and knowledgeable and will help you with anything you need. I wish there was another company to take care of my mom because this company is the worse. I would not trust them if this wasn't the only choice we have.
