Unprofessional and useless staff. I waited over 40 minutes for an appointment that took 5 minutes. The staff barely introduced themselves and did not explain anything they were doing. I m tried to get my paperwork sent over to them and they consistently provided obstacles that had simple solutions on their end.
Cassie was excellant! I went here to get blood sample drawn and she was so good I didn't even notice the needle--didn't even feel it-- and before I knew it she had taken my blood and it was all over. She had great bedside manner (something missing at times from the healthcare profession) was pleasant and professional! Thanks!!
THE HOURS ARE WRONG! I WENT OVER THERE FOR MY BLOOD WORK AFTER 5PM TODAY, AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THAT THE LAB CLOSED @ 5PM. WAT?! HERE ARE THE ACTUAL LAB HRS SO U KNOW:
