Do not use this place. They will be totally different people once they are paid for the furniture. Once your things arrived broken and bent, they won't answer your call. This is disgusting. You don't treat clients like this that spent $110k more or less in your company.

Couple of months ago I purchased a very elegant sofa from Roche Bobois. I received excellent service from Thiago Loureiro. The selection was quite extensive and I very much welcomed his assistance. He guided me with great finesse. I loved his taste level and sophistication. Since the furniture is made to order, it takes a bit of time before it arrives and at times, I needed some...mental handholding. Although I m sure moral support is not part of his job attributions, he was able to expertly provide that as well. He even took the time to answer questions while being on vacation. I truly appreciated his dedication. Fantastic service!

Bought my dinning table and side board a couple of months ago, in stock pieces, they arrived on time, but, with one leaf can not be raised for the dinning table, and a big crack for side board! This one-star review is not really for the quality of their products, it is for the After-Sale service they gave: NONE! Silence is what I got after my report on the product defects! For the first rate price they charge for their products, you would expect a first rate service, right? How rude and arrogant can the company be!

I have purchased a dining table and chairs and a couple of stools and occasional tables last week. Before my decision to purchase those items, I had visited the Roche Bobois showroom 5-6 times. With Lea s help, my wife and I could have made the final purchase decision. Lea s professional expertise and warm kindness made us very confident and comfortable in our decision-making. Now we are very pleased with our furniture selection. Lea s knowledges and experiences in furniture design and materials, together with the open-minded approach, were instrumental in our purchase at Roche Bobois. Many, many thanks, Lea!!

Just went to my friend's new home. They got most of their furnitures from this Roche Bobois store, and are still waiting for some of their furnitures after ordering them for six, seven months. The sales associate they work with is really incompetent and rude. Saw those never responded emails my friend sent to ask about ETA and wondering why this place is still in business. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THEM. Minotti, Fendi Home and so many other beautiful furniture stores out there that are equally nice or nicer, and will actually treat you like a paying customer.

Well, here's something fun. This side table from Roche Bobois is damn ugly. I thought it was a toilet and was shocked for a second. I said why don't we try to turn it around and see if it'll look better? They turned it around. Now it look like a shy toilet.

The couch is comfy, but so are other 10K-20K couches that don't make you wait for months. Meh.

I love the abundance of color available at RB. The designs available are amazing and they can be incorporated into any kind of home. Also, this store has the sweetest staff. Irina helped me through all my purchases and stayed in contact after my first visit, sending me photos of furniture and doing a video call with me to show me the newest peices. Her patience and advice made my experience at RB very enjoyable. She a big reason as to why I will continue to go back to RB for my future furniture purchases.

I have consistently been pleased and impressed with the quality and experience of purchasing from R-B, and specifically from Thiago Loureiro at the Madison Ave location. So much so that I have returned a number of times to look for and seek his expertise in complementing prior purchases with new additions. Thiago has always been focused on what my total look and wishes are, and he has consistently made the experience a fun one. He at times has saved me from myself with his design expertise. Items come with a quality price, and you may have to wait a few months, but it is always worth it.

Amazing selection and quality. Could not be happier with my experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for the best furniture in the city.

They seem a bit confused and disorganized, post-sales their attention wanes... we experienced, errors in delivery as well as delays.

I have very bad experience here! In Beijing and Boston I bought a lot of furnitures and arts. I have never met such bad services but in this store which is terrible! When I bought the art which in show room. It was well organized. Nobody tell me I need to put all pieces together by myself. I think I will buy a same one. So I decided to pick up by myself. When the art was ready, I drove four hours from Boston to New York. I found I needed to put all pieces together by myself. I asked them to put together before I pick up. They said no because no warranty if I carry it after a well done art. Then I have no choice but pay another usd600 for them to sending to my house in Boston, the fees included installation fees. I reminded Ms Lea Liu by email many times to make sure the art to be sent during my stay in BOSTON, but failed in October! And I reminded Ms liu again my next staying in Boston, they still failed with many excuses! Then I have to change my air ticket to wait another four days to waiting people coming to install the art! It is a worst experience of buying an art in New York store! And nobody apologized and no any compensation!! I will never buy any pieces in New York store! Bad! Worse, the worst!

We have had the great pleasure of working with Roche Bobois to furnish many areas of our new home, and we cannot say enough positive things about the company, its exquisite designs, its customer service, and, specifically, the extraordinary professional with whom we worked: Thiago Loureiro.

Thiago went above and beyond in all of his dealings with us: he was organized, creative, innovative, and intuitive in finding the pieces and material that we requested (even when they had to be ordered from another showroom so that we could see them in person) and that best suited our taste. He took tremendous pressure off of us by locating and ordering everything from our furniture choices to rugs to wall paper. He was kind beyond belief: coming out to the house with a wall paper professional he trusted to ensure that the measurements were perfect; and returning our emails in a responsive and timely fashion. Ultimately, the experience of working with Thiago was more like working with a friend. It is our humble opinion that Thiago is the best of the best.

Me and my partner were at Roche Bobois Madison and we were amazed by their awesome furniture design. The designer whom assisted us was Lea, a beautiful lady that inspired us with with an amazing perspective about their brand and products and Lea treated us with tremendous professionalism. Lea was so funny and we want her as our interior designer! When we are ready to renovate our place, we will definitely comeback soon! Great design, great staff and customer service!

I loved shopping at Roche Bobois. My interior designer was Thiago and he was amazing. We bought a blue leather Nuage chair and it arrived today. We called him to ask about protecting the chair from the sun and he is sending us leather protector in the mail. He advised that we use window treatments...shades. We are headed to New York City blinds this weekend.

We didn t know where to begin the process , but with the expert guidance of the salesperson we were able to create a home that is gorgeous and exudes warmth.
