Just checked in and I'm extremely unhappy about this hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel that charges money for kettle to boil water, not to mention there is no tea or coffee in the room, the worst hotel experience ever.

This is a lovely hotel right in the middle of Brussels, close walking distance to the grande place and the Mannekin Pis. The hotel is beautiful, immaculate and very well run, with the staff attentive and friendly. Thank you very much!

A host not very nice while the golden keys we were very royal! Mr. Ricardo, I've never seen someone so rude looking at customers who comes with an object called a scooter that I used as a wheelchair except that it is only two wheels!

Upscale at all levels right in front of the big square, a place ideally placed. I love staying at this property, it is a real pleasure to see the staff again to make you feel unique.
Do not forget to have breakfast brunch in their restaurant, I like to take my time lulled by the classical music offered every morning and after a good day in Brussels, have a drink in the bar with a subdued atmosphere. pure pleasure! Bravo and stay at this level of excellence.

Extremely disappointed by the quality of the room (502) which did not comply with the promises of the services announced on the booking site. View from my bed on the back yard of the hotel, the ventilation ducts and the metal fire escape. Clogged bathtub with an evacuation to the dropper. Request a supplement of 7 for scrambled eggs at breakfast for a room at 352.20 per night providing full breakfast! I feel that I have been scammed! I recommend this property.

I sleep in a room for 667 euro/night. For this price, I wait a min of quality for a room.
- Light cannot turn off
- dirty towel,
- faulty shower
-wall not finished
2 stars for the quality of bed, location and staff
Definitively, I will not come back.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed a few different times during our two weeks in Europe, and each room we stayed in was wonderful. The service we received from every staff member was exceptional, perhaps the best we've seen in all our travels. The concierge team (all of them, but especially Ahlem), was phenomenal. They provided many fantastic restaurant recommendations, easy ways to travel to other Belgian cities close by, and recommended great hotels in Bruges and Knokke. We also utilized their car hire service for trips to and from the Brussels airport, as well as their laundry service, both of which were wonderful. We can't say enough great things about this hotel; we will definitely be back and look for more Rocco Forte properties in other cities. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Wonderful hotel in the centre of Brussels, very convenient for all the attractions. The staff were helpful in their duties and always had a friendly word in the passing. A lovely city, hotel and attractions and the Grand Place on the doorstep.

Hotel Amigo is wonderful hotel with 5 star amenities. While enjoying our stay I became ill and hotel staff were so supportive to my wife and son so they had one less thing to worry about while I was in hospital. Staff was first class attentive and helpful.

Great location and superb service . We enjoyed our stay very much. The only one thing negative is that they have giving us a complementary chocolate and yet after two hours when we left the room they have taken it away . This is inconvenient. Other than that the hotel is amazing

The location is wonderful, a few minutes from the Bourse. The staff are very friendly and the food is good. The decor could be described as either classic European or a bit dated. But, I think that's exactly what you're looking for when you come to a traditional European city like Brussels.

I'll start with the good parts. It's centrally located, very comfortable bedding, spacious room. The bad part. The hotel nickel and dime you. They charge water, coffee and tea. No kettle in the room. This hotel should not be called hotel amigo. A more fitting name should be hotel bandito.

We stayed at the Amigo for a nearly 2 week visit to Belgium. It is perfectly located in the old downtown area, right off the Grand Place, which offers a large variety of shopping and restaurants. The hotel did everything in their power to make us feel at home and to accommodate us in every way. Early in the trip I suffered a minor knee injury and room service was kind enough to make up a vacuum sealed ice pack for me whenever I needed one! Our room, a Classic suite, was the perfect space for a long visit. The hotel is quiet , beautifully decorated, and just a lovely place to stay.

Just off The Grande Place in the centre of Brussels this is a marvellous hotel with grand formality and lots of Tin Tin artefacts. Great food and bar. Very courteous staff and an informal but very luxurious old world feel. A little pricey but ideally situated for visiting such a great city.

Just overall a wonderful stay. Everyone from the bellman to the doormen to the concierge knew my name and my wife and I felt so welcomed at this perfectly located hotel. We were taken care of from the second they opened the door to our taxi to the second they closed the door on the other end's taxi.

If you're staying in Brussels and want the best, stay here.

Mr customers are staying here. I asked to prepare a room with a terrace for my customer and they said they would. However there is no terrace in the room. I asked a pot to boil water and they will send it the room and they do not. My customer should ask again to bring the pot.
You should improve your service and explanation to customers.

Housed in a former prison next to Grand Place square, this elegant redbrick hotel is a 2-minute walk from the iconic Manneken Pis statue and 5 minutes' stroll from Brussels Central Station.

Refined rooms feature marble bathrooms, flat-screens and free Wi-Fi, plus city or courtyard views. Upgraded rooms add sitting areas, while plush suites offer lounges and bars; many offer complimentary breakfast, minibars and chocolates. Some suites have Tintin- or Magritte-themed accents; 1 has a kitchen, a fireplace and a private roof terrace. Room service is offered.

Amenities include a stately bar and a polished Italian restaurant, as well as a 24/7 gym.

Historical building over 500 years old and now a Rocco Forte hotel which means fantastic personal service and beautiful rooms each with a different character. Minutes from the Grand Place and the view out of our room was the town hall tower.

Rooms and suites give a nod to Belgium figures such as Tintin, Magritte and also historical art pieces.

Love the contemporary feel and you get to stay where the royals, celebrities or VIPs call home when they visit Brussels.

Good Italian restaurant Bocconi also serves breakfast.

Location, location, location. Also, beautiful, well appointed rooms, terrific service, blazing fast wifi included in the rooms. Expensive, but worth it if it's in your budget. Walking distance to everything, 30 seconds from the main plaza and the Brussels-Midi station. Tons of dining and drinking options right outside the doors.

Excellent hotel in an unbeatable location next to the Grand Place. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel looks well kept throughout. The bar area offers a pleasant spot for conversation. We only tried the hotel restaurant for breakfast, which was pretty nice (great strawberry juice). All staff were friendly throughout the stay.

We walk bij this hotel restaurant asking if they have a microwave to heat up a bottle of baby food for our 1 year old daughter. The nice waiter don't know and ask the hotel manger. To bad we are not allowed to use the microwave because we are not a guest there. Money before morale... Sad
