I had a long break from my course due to some personal reasons and when I came back my courses period has already expired. I phoned the support team up and without any story, they threw out all the small print issues out of the windows and just extended my course for another one good year. No foot dragging at all. Robust IT Training is a good company with very high quality up to date training contents, I will surely recommend them to everyone. I love their customer service team very much.

Absolutely shocking. They will collect enough details to apply for finance in your name to pay for the course roping you in with small deposits. Even when you're off the phone they will keep making applications to different lenders until they find one which agrees (damaging your credit score/report in the process). I regret ever clicking the initial promotion on facebook which resulted in non stop emails and calls. There is no job guarantee nor will these qualifications secure you the over inflated salaries they advertise on job posts. My initial call was from their in house scam artist Mo/Mobali Davis who I am sure also attempted to take out phone contracts in my name to be delivered to an address in Canning Town, London where I have never been. I have visited their office to complain on numerous occasions but they have now moved from their initial office which I assume was due to the ques of furious customers that would turn up and the new location is hidden away behind gates and security. I called and complained and the man running this catastrophe Darren is rude and just talks about his rolex and cars. I eventually spoke to lovely polite gentlemen Lewis and Nathaniel whom I've been told have now left the company (possibly due to witnessing this blatant fraudulent operation running here). They have gone to nearby Optima IT which looks like a professionally set up company and I regret not knowing of them before Ro(going)bust IT! STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

I had a great experienced with Robustit,they are always ready to help when you need their support as student, it can be very nerving situation at time if you are not sure about certain issues.

Now on my sixth month into the course l still am pleased with the course content. Still getting good quality education. More than good value of the fees l paid. Good professional tutoring Easy for any nobody to understand .I just got fantastic flash cards amongst three other learning materials from Lennie Prosper one of the best members of the team. I am more aware of what I do online now, with still a lot more to learn. Good communication and rapport with the students is another strong point with Robust IT.

I am a very mature student who has chosen to take the bull by the horns and venture into the world of cyber security with Robust It. I am about 5 months into the course and I have a brilliant team supporting me with every would be stumbling block. Lennie Prosper who supports me on a regular basis always manages to dash all my excuses for failing the course.Whatever happens, I am enjoying the experience and I would advice anyone whatever age to give it a go. It s one of the best things I have ever done. Well done Lennie for not spoon feeding me. Learning material that you refer me towards is bound to remain indelible in my mind this way.
