They are always improving on their customer service

I have to say so far my experiences at the VA have been really good better then my health care I was getting on private insurance. Wished I'd used the VA sooner.

It started out great. The nurses prepping were fantastic. BUT after surgery I was so sedated they had to pick me in the car cause I couldn't stand. They DID NOT come out and talk to my husband. We DO NOT know how the surgery went. I am very anger!! How could it be so dramatically different!! I was absolutely furious and I still am.

They have always taken great care of me. Any issues that I've had were always taken care of.

I have been going there for years now. The care has always been good and when I show up for my appointments on time I have never had to wait long. Very clean and the staff usually are good at answering questions. The times I have to stay in the hospital I cannot complain about. As good if not better then private hospitals I have been. One of the better VA facilities I have been to.

You need a parking garage so people do not have to walk so far to get anywhere there.

Love the upgrades to this place. ER is definitely quicker at getting you to a doctor promptly. Cafeteria closes early around 3pm. Clean bathrooms stationed throughout the building.

From what I've seen in the news the last few years Robley Rex has avoided those issues. My wife and I truly appreciate the service that they have given us.

Best care ever! The staff was so compassionate and respectful to my dad. Even his last day on earth they still treated him with the upmost respect. Everyone was super nice and caring of me also. It was a rough time, but they all helped. Thank you VA staff!

I go there for all of my doctor needs. I went to oncology for routine followup and they are always so nice and patient. Thanks VAMC

I am a transfer from another VA...This Hospital I admit is one of the worst overall I have ever been to...the care is substandard and I wonder how many of these doctors can legally practice medicine-they do not read your medical file and try treating you...I get very intense migraines and still don't have prescription eyeglasses 6 months seriously...I had to go to the ER because I was assaulted, they said I had refills on ibuprofen that was a lie...hell even the military gives you Ibuprofen..they treat it like a controlled substance. I think this Vet would get better care from a vet!

There's not much parking, so be ready to keep circling the parking lot.

I went for an N/A meeting, but the vets are nice and I'm proud because my grandfather was a vet.
