It s the worst experience ever we were lucky to get out alive and that is due to the efforts of outside doctors who advised to transport our patient to another hospital .
We don t recommend this hospital for anybody.

Worst hospital in Lebanon. the nurses working here are non trained and not registered. Thy are very rude and unprofessional.most doctors working here are kicked out from the other good hospitals in Lebanon. They did several procedures that were unneeded just to make more money. After spending 2 nights there, I payed my bill and went to AUBMC.. If you want to enjoy the view and be in a nice building that has 0 medical care come here.All the good reviews here are FAKE and written by the hospital ...
The attention of the staff, the cleanliness, nurses and staff are calm, polite (which is rare in a hospital) and not stressed, they give full attention and makes you really surprised that you can really enjoy being in a hospital... The wide rooms, the calm atmosphere all makes it a great place to recover from illness! GREAT JOB! Keep it up

So unprofessional. "Empty barrel makes the most noise" so is Bellevue hospital. It could be clean, doctors might be good, also the view is nice but they lack a sense of humanity.
Overall good, but staff make sometimes some errorsin their work, and there is not enough staff, however the place is amazing

One week in the Intensive care unite, another week in the day care unit: hundreds of glitches ranging from careless security officers to serious misunderstandings between the various units. I have never been to a hospital where a doctor is unaware of the patient's situation... I wonder how this purely lucrative organisation got it's gold rating. I think it makes for a good buisness school: the doctors are doing great buisness there!

The building itself and the equipment are new.
Doctors that we ve met are kind, helpful, respectful and they met out expectations.
As for the Nursing department in the 1st floor, nurses were nice and helpful (Ahmed, Tala, Maria, Ihab, Joe, Mohamad, Naji...) they answered our call bells many times and they provided attention and medical treatment.
Some minor things to improve :
The communication between the operation room and the relative s patient.
Internet, if u need a good internet service, it cost extra charge 10000ll per/ day however if you go to any coffee shop you can get full service for free once you buy a cup of coffee. BMC should provide a better service for free.
All in all we had a good experience, for a small operation.

The Maternity department is a great one, it has a very professional team, friendly and tender employees, very responsive to patients requests. Keep up the great job.
File not given to the emergency room the day before the intervention. So we arrive at 6:30 am and we have to wait until 7:30 am for admission to allow us to go to the room. And all this with very unpleasant staff ... And so on.
Great maternity unit (I had both my children there a couple of yrs ago) Very clean, professional and relaxing atmosphere. One almost forgets it's a hospital not a hotel. I will be going there again to deliver my 3rd child.

- most of the nurses are unprofessional
- no coordination between the management and the staff , most of the doctors request extra tests in order to make more income
They dont follow up the test results until they are reminded.
I went to the emergency. Waited for more than 30mn. A resident came and ask me 2 questions. Than I decided to leave without taking any treatment because I was made!
Guess what? I had to pay 82 $!
What a shame!
