I just signed my second lease at a different property with Robinson Realty! I hope to stay at this property for a while unless I upgrade again!

Cheri, Meagan, Pamela, Pat, and Nico have made it very easy to live in both properties I've been a resident in with Robinson Realty.

Nico is always prompt to get any and all service requests handled as soon as possible, ever during the COVID-19 crisis!

Cheri, Meagan, and Pam are always quick to answer any questions before, after, and in-between your lease signing!

Pat found my new place, and found it quick!
I needed to be in a new place ASAP and from the time I applied for the property until the time I got my keys for my second rental with them, it had been less than 24 hours! That was fantastic! I was in a really tight spot where I needed a new place ASAP, and if it wasn't for Pat I wouldn't have found the place I'm in now! Cheri and Pam got me the Lease and Keys super fast and had me moved in a while day early! This was all during the COVID-19 crisis!

The first property I rented from that Robinson managed, out of the $1500 deposit I had put down, I got every dime back! Mr. Robinson himself was very understanding of my situation and the death of my mother, saw the video I had taken at move out, and gave me my entire deposit back since I left the unit in Move-In Condition. They could've easily taken $200 out or more for any reason, but Robinson Realty and Michael Robinson himself saw the situation I was in and helped me out, and that's not the only reason they're getting a 5 star review, but definitely one of them!

I hope to stay a client of theirs for a while or if I ever invest in property I would love for them to manage it!

Security deposit refund process is intentionally vague. You would think I would just deal with the property manager but there were 4 individuals I had to coordinate with when it came time to move. Multiple emails and texts to ensure people would get back to me. Ultimately, I was charged 200 dollars for some "scuffed walls" to be repainted. The paint buckets were in the garage and I'd assume it would take but 5 minutes to do touch ups. How would I know though? It has been 5 weeks and I still don't have the pictures of proof I've requested. I've rented houses several times (military) and always leave the houses immaculate.

Would not recommend this company to anyone moving to or living in Las Vegas. Steer clear!

4 days sitting in apartment with infant they refuse to share information about who they did submit report to or what technician they sub hired they had absolutely no ability to assist in placement for temporary relief or alternative options to
resolving issues with rentals countless back 2 back faulty up keep and maintenance problems

I sincerely hope that if you are reading this review, you will spare yourself from what most people have unfortunately experienced with this company. I wish I would have done my research on this company before I signed a lease. In 15 years of renting, I have always had my full security deposit returned to me until now.
After I moved out, the owner of the condo, Tom Dadon decided to remodel the entire condo. However, he attempted to do the remodel by keeping my entire security deposit of $1,700.00 and then additionally charging me another $2,176.00 for damages only to cover the costs of all the upgrades. With no resolve after multiple attempts, I contacted the owner of Robinson Realty, Michael Robinson. Michael however would not take any responsibility for his staff or agents and I had to seek legal advice to prepare for small claims.
Robinson Realty is the most unprofessional and disorganized company I have ever dealt with. Thank goodness I had my receipts, documentation and photos because they honestly have NO intention of returning any of your security deposit. After a year of fighting with them and avoiding small claims court, I was able to recover a portion of the security deposit and have the excess charges in the amount of $2,176.00 removed. If you have already signed with them and expect your deposit back, you had better be prepared to prove it.

The Rental Queen Laura helped me find this quaint little property for my family and I. Rick was the realtor managing the property and has been nothing short of what I would expect from a management company since a different company let me go a week without AC in the middle of June in this desert. He s answered all my questions, was very professional and courteous. They put in new carpets and are following through on all the promises they ve made as far as touching up on the things I noticed that I wanted fixed BEFORE I move in. I had listed everything I wanted fixed in my application. I will place an update in my dealings with this company but so far it s been smooth sailing.

Complete scam arrest they steal entire deposits they stole 5k in deposits from us there agent says stuff if broken so they can get a kick back. The sunset branch has nothing but thieves and scum bags working they lie everytime they open there mouth we have a great case against them as we were told the city is looking to them as well be aware please.

I do not wish to be in contact with these people anymore but they have made it sooo hard not to and left me with result of leaving a review. DO not I tell DO NOT RENT with Robinson realty never in my life did I ever think renting my first apartment would be this hard. Supper unprofessional they hire or lease property s with management that harasses their tenets and has unprofessional relationships with them as well. Casa vista is in the worst shape, I can t receive my deposit back because they listed my roommates name on the check when she had moved out prior to the end of the lease due to the harassment. No one should feel unsafe in their own home and because of that we can t receive $750 back when we are in a middle of a pandemic. I understand I m only 20 but that doesn t give you guys the right to try to take advantage. So save your time and do not rent with this company.

I've been renting a house through Robinson Realty for almost 4 years now. Over the years, I have had to submit a few requests to get items fixed (garbage disposal, oven, yard flooding, etc.) Every time I submit a request, I get a response that day and a vendor is out the next day. All of the vendors have been professional and experienced! Most recently, my main line busted at my house and my yard was flooding, right before Thanksgiving. As anxious as I was that I would most likely not have running water until after the holiday, Nico made sure that didn't happen. Everything was finished by Wednesday and I was able to enjoy the holiday with running water. I know that sounds silly, but you don't realize how much you use water on a daily basis until it's gone. I appreciate the professionalism this company has always provided me. They are quick to respond and I believe we have a good working relationship. If I need to move, I already know I will be asking this company to find me another place to live through their management.

I have used Robinson Property Management for a few years for my property. They immediately were able to screen and find me a good tenant. Their month to month handling of payments and disbursements were always communicated consistently with no problems. They contacted me whenever any issues arrived that needed my attention. Overall, I found the whole process very professional. My house was kept up very well and returned to me in the condition they received it. The team of Tammy and Stacy always got back to me in a reasonable time frame. They are great to work with and there knowledge of the current real estate and rental market always helped me make good decisions to keep my property rented. I will continue to use them in the future as I have no doubt that my interests are protected and are in good hands. I'd like to thank Michael and his team for a job "WELL DONE!!!"
