Well would have to say a very enjoyable experience. From the 1st visit to Von Bibra Auto Village at Robina my husband Lorenzo was impressed. Was just looking but ended up buying a new Holden Trax. Ali looked after him on this visit. Friendly & informative. Will helped out on the next visit & the test drive was informative & professional. Devon is the insurance man & Mike handled the $$$. Got a great competitive price & was happy to take our trade in. Adrian in the service department explained the after service available.
Daniel did the final run through, tuned in the radio with our favourites & connected us to Bluetooth. Little things but meant a lot. Also made a special trip to drop off 2 free movie tickets & a Holden key ring.
We would highly recommend Ali & the team at Von Bibra at Robina, to anyone looking for a new car.

Excellent customer service from Joel, extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile with any questions or requests we had with our car. You get the detail and thoroughness from a small business workshop but from a big name dealer. Highly recommend.

Shayne N repaired my 2012 Holden cruze last week and this week. I just got my car back with the service report and this lovely man completed over two pages worth of repairs/replacement. He went above and beyond the immediate work and deserves so much praise. He is an amazing mechanic with a wonderful character. He communicated with my partner and myself so efficiently and kindly. Very helpful and friendly customer service from the front desk staff members and excellent mechanical service for my car. Highly recommend getting your car serviced with Von Bibra Robina..car is always washed nice and clean too.

The Von Bibra service department are the worst to deal with. We have needed to take our new car in 4 times within a year (twice because our sensors weren t working and we were told there wasn t an issue, finally they actually looked at them and realised there was an issue) and every time we have been only greeted with rudeness both on the phone and in person. You can t ask a single question without a rude response in reply. If you need a ride home you have to wait ages and then a 5 minute drive can take up to an hour, it s quicker to walk home. I dread having to ring or take my car in. I will never buy another car from Von Bibra purely so I don t need to deal with the service department.
