I have used numerous real estate agents throughout Lower Bucks County and now use only Robin and her team for any of the properties my family or I am selling or buying. Robin is very honest, professional and experienced. She realizes a deal is not complete until settlement is made and therefore Robin and her teams knowledge of the process including the obstacles that occur with respect to local municipalities requirements, financing and real estate law are invaluable to the success of closing a deal. Horrible is all i can say. We put a offer in on a house she was selling. Not only do we feel that the owners were never notified about our offer , we feel she did it to try an pinch every penny out of the sale. Also after our offer, never was our agent contacted about the approval or denial of the offer. She has no concern about anyone except her wallet an herself. Shes over pricing the houses shes selling by far. After our agent was ignored for multiple days we called to inquire about the house and was told there was no offers made on it. Shes a liar and a sneak. She is a horrible agent to buy from. Unless youre a client of hers looking to buy she will ignore your calls an emails and blow off any interest you have on any of her properties. Stay away from her and her properties. Or make sure you leave a copy of the offer with the homeowner's as i am sure if the offer is not acceptable by her standards you will stand no chance at obtaining the property.
I can't begin to express what a joy it was to work with Robin and her team. It truly is a family business and it's run that way. They even made US feel like family! My wife and I were stressed at the thought of selling our house, but Robin made it seem like a walk in the park. Everything from preparations, to paperwork, to acquiring certifications - they walked us through it all. They went above and beyond to help us when we had difficulties with packing up our house and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They helped us buy our new home too and that was just as painless. We used them because of a stellar recommendation and we'll recommend them for years to come. You're in fine hands with Robin!
