Today I had my first experience buying a car at a dealership and I can honestly say I couldn t be happier! Tomas Lira helped me get into a 2020 Ford EcoSport and made sure to answer all of my questions and really took the time to show me all the features on my car and helped me set up the remote app as well! He is very friendly and polite and definitely knows what he s doing! I also want to thank Tony and Zach for all their help as well! Everyone at Robert s Motors were very kind and helpful. I would definitely buy a car here again and recommend to friends and family!

Had a great experience yesterday with Amanda, Tony, and the staff while getting my new truck. They went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Even added in alittle road trip :) Amanda made the whole experience wonderful! I highly recommend you go see Amanda, Tony, or any of the wonderful staff up there to get you in your next ride!!!

I am a satisfied customer. While there were a few hiccups I've put in my private survey, all-in-all it was a great experience. Very happy with Roberts. I drove a GT fastback on Saturday but wanted a convertible fully loaded. Tim Lane found one that day, confirmed trade Monday, and I had the new beautiful premium GT convertible Wednesday. I couldn t be happier with the car and service.

I am coming back to write this review 10 years after I bought my son a car, because the experience was so great. A wonderful experience. Tony was so helpful in making sure I found the right car for my budget. He was the perfect balance between 'sell the car' and being on the customer's side.

The car purchasing experience was 5 stars. However my experience with the service department was 1 star.

I've had the 2021 Bronco Sport for only 1 month and all the rear lights stopped working. I tried to schedule an appointment and was told there were no loaner cars available, but I could bring it in and hopefully they could get to it and fix it. After discussing this is with my salesperson, she was able to arrange for me to have a loaner car. I arrived at the dealership and they had the loaner car ready. I was close to leaving when I was told I couldn't take the car due to my license being expired. It expired the day before. If this dealership would have checked, they would have seen that Illinois license expiration dates had been pushed back until June 2021 for the months Feb through May. Now, I have a brand new car sitting in my driveway and not able to drive it. Not once did they offer to keep the car to fix it, but just gave me my keys and basically said the hell with you. It was unbelievable. I won't be back.

Please update and educate yourself on the extension on expired licenses that the Secretary of State put into effect. My license was not expired.

I absolutely LOVE my new Explorer I purchased at Roberts Motors. Zach was absolutely awesome....from the first hello to the delivery of my vehicle. Everyone at the dealership is always so nice and helpful. It is people like Zach who keep me going back to Roberts Motors!
