The car purchasing experience was 5 stars. However my experience with the service department was 1 star.
I've had the 2021 Bronco Sport for only 1 month and all the rear lights stopped working. I tried to schedule an appointment and was told there were no loaner cars available, but I could bring it in and hopefully they could get to it and fix it. After discussing this is with my salesperson, she was able to arrange for me to have a loaner car. I arrived at the dealership and they had the loaner car ready. I was close to leaving when I was told I couldn't take the car due to my license being expired. It expired the day before. If this dealership would have checked, they would have seen that Illinois license expiration dates had been pushed back until June 2021 for the months Feb through May. Now, I have a brand new car sitting in my driveway and not able to drive it. Not once did they offer to keep the car to fix it, but just gave me my keys and basically said the hell with you. It was unbelievable. I won't be back.

Please update and educate yourself on the extension on expired licenses that the Secretary of State put into effect. My license was not expired.
