Three years ago Ellie Walters showed me a house I was interested in viewing but upon sitting to move forward with an offer, she discovered and confirmed something that would have made insuring the house, expensive in the near future. She saved me a bundle and headaches. After purchasing another house, from a friend, we now decided to sell and knew Ellie would display that same integrity to us as the sellers this time. Her guidance and ability to foresee opportunities and problems is amazing and invaluable. I don t know how she does it except from her experience. What I do know is that I can never see myself trusting any agent as I do her. She is my forever realtor and my friend.

Jonathan Bigelow was absolutely amazing to work with. I feel like he really took the time to listen to us and always had our best interests in mind. He even went the extra mile (literally). He drove all over central Florida and making walk-through videos just for us. This saved us a whole lot of time and mileage. When we finally found the home that was right for us, he made sure everything moved smoothly, from offer to close. I would definitely recommend Jonathan Bigelow.

I worked with Karla Thompson and highly recommend her. I am from out of state and was looking for an investment property that my family could also use as we love coming to visit the area regularly. Karla was a pleasure to work with, extremely responsive, understood what I was looking for, and always willing to adapt if needed. When I was able to fly down to meet with her we were able to see houses and communities to help me narrow down the immense Orlando area market. The market was beyond hot and quick movement was essential. When I couldn't be there Karla would view the homes, video them, and give me her feedback. She is tirelessly dedicated to her clients and never pressured me to make offers on properties that weren't right for me but was willing to put in a thousand offers if necessary until we received an accepted offer. She would just say have faith, the right property will find its way to you, we just have to keep looking and be patient. Her network of professionals is amazing and trustworthy. She would line up whatever I asked her to and I just basically had to show up (or not, as she would handle any and all things I needed her to if I couldn't be there physically). She truly was a blessing and helped me ride the waves of a crazy market and come out on top with the right house for my family and investment needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We found Karla Lopez on a whim. From the start of our home search, to meeting her for the first time 2000 miles from our home in Colorado she took care of us. She listened to our needs and wants. She spent hours and days touring mini-farm properties with acreage. She offered to facetime us from Florida to see homes before they went off the market. We had the greatest experience with Kerry Wilson. She went above and beyond in helping us purchase a home long distance. Showing us many homes via video calling, keeping in close contact during the escrow process, and getting us in touch with people that we needed after the sale (power, lawn care, water, trash etc.) She was very prompt with answers to all questions. We can't wait to thank her in person when we travel to Bonita Springs to see our new home!
