I attended Unleash the Power Within and loved it. This event is everything you'd expect - lively, energetic and valuable. Unfortunately - the experience post event has not been as positive. After requesting a refund for a product purchased at the event - my partner and I patiently waited three weeks for a response from the Robbins team. Rather than a response. We opened our banking statement to see another charge for $600 - on top of the $4000 already requested. We find the behavior post UPW to be both manipulative and dishonest. We are posting this review to warn future attendees - we advise, based on our experience, against purchasing products from this organization. The process has been overall extremely dishonest.

After signing up for Unleash the Power my sales rep quit or left and did not communicate the dates or availability for me to go, then months later he texted me a new reps contact to figure it out, and that person subsequently left company and still no one returned my calls. Then I finally decided to just call headquarters, which routes me to an inside rep, Lola, who was out of country, so I left her a voicemail, which she never returned. By this time I definitely am not interested in traveling to other states to be coached by a business that can t return a phone call, and despite all that they will not give me a full refund. Not anyway to gain loyal, excited clients. I don t doubt Tony is wonderful at what he does, but those characteristics of excellence should extend throughout the organization that sells his courses.
Great influencer, an amazing author. But I am not sure that paying so much money is reasonable. Not for 3 or 5 days seminar. I will recommend a few of his books. Money Master the game and Unshakeable are wonderful and there is a lot to learn.
Tony is a motivational guru - although that's not what he wants to be known for ... But he's so much more than that. Robbins Research International puts on amazing seminars around the world to provide life changing experiences for many attendees.
World class organization! Events are amazing, the programs help you make real personal progress, and the staff is professional and courteous. Amazing job Tony!
I think Tony Robbins is fantastic and I have benefited from his work and insights into living life to the fullest. Unfortunately, his company falls far short of the excellence he demands of himself. The downside is that I was genuinely a raving fan telling everyone about him, but the experience with his company has dampened my enthusiasm greatly.
I bought a full Mastery University and Business Mastery package at UPW and changed my mind a couple months afterwards and requested a refund.
After getting no reply to the online contact request form, I called in and eventually got a rep to call me. After arguing with me about how I should keep my package, he informed me that they charge $2k per contract in line with the contractual print. I technically signed 2 contracts so this was not ideal. I appealed on the grounds of customer service but that was denied. They did allow me to use the money towards Robbins products but getting a refund is a pretty basic customer service issue in today's world.
Overall, the conference, books, podcast, and website offer a lot of valuable life changing information but his company lacks a very basic level of customer service. I've read other people's reviews who talk about him trying to gouge/sell people more stuff at events. While I definitely felt that, I don't want to be cynical and throw out the baby with the bath water. He is still a force for life changing goodness. Hopefully he can find a way to balance that life mission with business practices.
I really like his message! I have read his books and listened to his audio on and off for years. I believe it has helped me and those around me. If you are in need of figuring life or business out, then you should check out Tony's work. It's pretty darn good!
I've been a fan of Tony Robbins for many years. Unfortunately, he doesn't demand very much from his companies, although he says he demands more from himself than anyone lese could demand from him. The customer service is pathetic. I paid almost $5300 for personal coaching. After they charged me, all communication stopped. Brian, who sold me the coaching didn't reply to my email and when I called the Tony Robbins company in San Diego and left several messages, no one called me back. A horrible experience which made me lose respect for Tony Robbins.
Outstanding! I highly recommend Tony's programs to anyone interested in improving their quality of life. He is extremely knowledgeable, authentically cares for people and has a high level of integrity.

Worst management & coaching experience. Attended UPW Sydney 2019 & enrolled for 1 year coaching program to including UPW 2019 which cost me more than $11000 but after 4 months I realised my coach was repeating same thing in every session so I withdrew because it was wasting of time too. And they didn t gave me UPW 2020 ticket and never replied.

I have been a fan of Tony s writing for years, so when I finally had the chance to go to his Business Mastery seminar, I jumped at the chance. I cannot overemphasize how disappointed I was. My disappointment was not that his minimal business advice was so basic and underwhelming, but that his main purpose during the seminar was to sell people on his Platinum Partnership program.
My wife and I paid $16,000 dollars to attend a five day seminar whose main purpose was to manipulate us into spending close to ten times that amount to be part of Tony s exclusive high end partnership reserved for only select qualified individuals. As it turns out, the only qualification needed was a credit card and a willingness to fall for this charlatan. After hours of tearful and Oscar-worthy theatrics accompanied by music and a light show, Tony mentions that though only a few spots for his Platinum Partnership remained, anyone interested is welcome to apply. Afterwards, briefly moved by his performance, my wife and I went to the table to fill out an application. What we found was that there was no application process, only people actually helping us fill out a binding contract promising proximity is power and an opportunity to rub shoulders with the business elite for the low low price of $140,000 a year for us both. We personally saw dozens of other contracts being signed with the help of Tony s eager staff members (far more than the suggested 6 or 7 spots Tony had hinted remained).
I was embarrassed that my wife and I almost fell for this highly intellectualized scam. In addition to this bit of hucksterism, the remainder of the seminar presenters were schlepping there own expensive products after sensationalized power point presentations.
I urge you to make your own judgements, but my experience of this man was sigh-worthy and embarrassing disappointment at his ego-driven underhanded personal financial agenda.

Not the right style for me at this moment in my life but believe they have lots to offer. The 30mins didnt suit me as needed something more intense to shift deep blocks. But as coaching only yes sure they would be brilliant & will go to in the future.
