Roan Systems doesn't even deserve half a star! The service is slow or non existing at all. I find the communication so frustrating and disgusting. I would not recommend them at all!!!

Such horrible service, you don't even deserve our patronage. For a company that deals with resellers your service sucks. Very disappointed!

After 5 weeks nothing was done to repair the printer taken in to them. Only when it was to be collected did they look at it for the first time and informed that it would take additional time and money.
