I had the opportunity to work with RMX and I must say that they are the top-notch in the industry. Their services are superb and their customer support is excellent. I will definitely be recommending them to all my colleagues.

One of the worst companies that I have had experience with.
Booked a load on Friday for Monday delivery at 10 am, driver arrived at 9:20 am, she was waiting for more then 2 hrs on a parking lot, I called the broker (Dylan K.) to assist, I didn't get any answer or any update from them, I called the receiver by my self to be told that they have this scheduled for midnight the same day.

When I asked him that we're requesting 500$ layover because they are holding our truck and their product on our truck for 4 days, he said 250$ that's it. Also, this is a reefer load.

I would suggest to try and avoid them, this was obviously done on purpose or at least if it wasn't they would try to help you out and pay more for holding you're truck for 4 days.

Booked a load with Dylan K was lied too about drop time was told 7:00 am but after speaking with the receiver they had emails back and forth about a 4:00pm drop was lied to directly and then had my phone calls avoided until after drop when I submitted by detention all they did was pay 250 for max which is way below by invoice submitted. Great American insurance you can find this info by using safer website. TRUCK DRIVERS beware don t do business with this shady business practice. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with this practice

Load delivered on time, link to the truck that gave live location updates 24/7 provided, clean BOL at delivery, updates on load status constantly provided by email.
Unloading took 7h. Time IN : 0100AM
Time Out: 0815AM
The driver said he accepted the tracking and we even sent an email saying the driver accepted the tracking. There is no way for us to verify if this is true or false. Driver is an elderly gentleman that is not very handy with new technology but we walked him tru on how to accept the brokers tracking.

Ed from RMXGlobal: Detention was denied due to the fact your driver never accepted the tracking tool and customer could not track his freight. Really ? When you have a live GPS update link provided plus emails constantly updating the location and status ?

Very bad experience. We ll stay away from this broker. I m pretty sure the shipper paid the detention and the broker is just pocketing the money. We will be sure to file a request for release of records based on FMCSA 371.3(c)
