Worst security company I ve ever worked for manage...

Worst security company I ve ever worked for management at my particular post sucked and constantly let people do what they want like sleep on shift or call out minutes before shift start can t speak for every post but stay away from Downey promenade post trust me!

BEWARE:

BEWARE:

All accounts, Private and named accounts like Metro (as of 2016), will use a PAPER system to report hours. Complete and utter confusion when it comes to getting paid as a result. Only one field supervisor most of the time for Private accounts, and he doesn't collect those papers because he's too busy filling posts for callouts. See below.

Security attracts most rejects of the workforce. Be prepared to be begged to fill shifts when someone calls out. Some of these guys have the easiest job in the world, and will slack off, or even steal property they're supposed to be guarding.

Overall, toxic environment wherever you go except for some select accounts. 95% of the people are not worth the effort, time, or reasoning. You have young stupid ones, and old stubborn ones. 65% of the employees here have some sort of criminal record.

0 stars for professionalism. 2 stars for some of the guards who want to do the right thing and made some of the posts amicable and fun.

I am really loving this job, I work at the pickford center, and they really do take care of their employees, they make sure you have everything you need for work, and plus I get alot of Overtime with this company as well so that really helps, definitely staying at this post

I work for the MTA account. The MTA Account is good to work but the company is not. Certain managers try to micromanage you, call you in only when it benefits them and will defend their Captain if you try to report him. The Account Manager for MTA is also a characters. She s never really been tested in the security field and as soon as she got that position I heard she changed. A lot of people only stay because they are waiting to get hired on by MTA directly. Plus they are cheap and do not pay you for your orientation.
