I've rented a house from RJ Property for the last 2.5 years and have always had my calls and service requests answered very quickly. I've had several emergency maintenance issues and the longest a repair took was when a water pipe burst on Easter Day and I had to wait until the next day for the repair. Everyone I've talked to on the phone has always been very polite and have even gone out of their way to help me. Having leased apartments under other property managers who never answer calls, and never follow through with repairs, dealing with RJ Property has been wonderful!

From day one my husband and I have had a great experience with RJ Property Mangement. From the leasing process to minor repairs and any questions we might have they have been nothing but prompt and professional. We have done business with them for a year and a half and would highly recommend them.

Listen this company is full of it ! Put people that on section 8 in their ragly property

I been renting from Urban Properties for a little over 2years now they are very professional and knows how to make you feel right at home. They have positive attitude and if your having a problem they work hard to try to get it fixed. I love there homes and they have very reasonable prices. They are also great at getting back with you in at a timely manner I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking to rent.

Don t trust these people with your investment property. They will cause you to sell your house. Unprofessional and they look for every scamming way to not pay your rent especially when you re outstate. We had Bad and negative experience with them.

Where should I start.Urban Management is affiliated with RJ Management.Arleast with Urban Management is the worst when it comes to professionalism,structure,organizing or knowledge of fair housing laws.She never takes ownership for her wreckless mistakes.I have been with this company 6 months and its been a stressful nightmare.Ive never been late on a rental payment but this "property manager" consistantly looses rental payments but blames it on the resident.This is my third time going to court for a rental payment I have kept proof of,but (magically)she misplaced.The judge dismiss because this place is careless.I'm so over this place.Thirsty thieves trying to nickle and dime residents

I would recommend RJ Properties to all of my friends and family. I have been a tenant for 2 years and I have found that their management team are always friendly. Saturday appointments are great for a working person. Patrick made all things possible for my family.

The office manager and the property manager were rude and disrespectful! I ve never experienced people in customer service that treat clients the way that I was treated. Maintenance very slow to to complete move in duties. I moved in my place a month later and still the work had not been completed.

Wonderful experience! Staff is professional and courteous. They make sure you feel comfortable with the home you choose, and ensure a move-in date with no worries. They are quick to respond to any concerns, and diligently work to rectify any situation. They sincerely want you to enjoy your home. They are the best!!

My twin Kiya and I have been renting from them since aug 2019 we haven t had any problems and they are understanding. They know that your human just like them and things happen. They work with you not against you. I don t know who some of you was dealing with but we haven t had a problem at all we love rj property management

I have been with RJ for almost 6 years and my stay has been wonderful. They're Assistance is more generously than ever and if there's a place you want to stay I assist on you going with RJ Property Management.

I lived here for 8 months... I cannot even tell you how hard it is to get maintenances out to the house much less all the money that I spent on the yard. If I wanted to live somewhere without a yard I would have rented an apartment however I wanted a backyard and front yard for my children so that's a main reason that I chose his house.. I literally spent almost $1,500 on sod grass seed tillers rakes everything you can think of trying to get grass to grow where they have never maintained this yard. It took me months but I finally have got full grass in the front yard and the backyard the ants are horrible The Pest Control here is horrible my house stays immaculate however there are ants rats and roaches living in the walls and when I go to tell them about it there was Van says oh well will call you back which of course they never do I'm telling you stay away from this property management company they are absolutely ridiculous

Take days for them to fix maintenance issues. Went 4 days without AC

By far the best property management company I have ever seen. They are extremely responsive to all maintenance issues, which are typically fixed within a day. The staff are professional and courteous. I would not rent from anyone else!!!

Me and my fiance got our first house together through RJ properties and it was one of the best experiences we have EVER had renting from anywhere! 10/10, would recommend! Sharon and Debbie are freaking awesome!!!

I have a friend who lives in one of your nightmare properties. You should be ashamed of yourself for the negligence you allow to happen and health hazards you create. Mold, roaches, rot, leaks, etc doesn't even begin to describe the horrible environment you refuse to fix.

Your business model is obvious shameful and disgusting.

The definition of slumlord lands squarely at your feet.

RJ Property management is a great rental company. I have been with them for a while and when a tree fell on the house i am renting they immediately put us in another rental place, fixed the house and was back in the house in like 2 months. I am definitely a satisfied renter.

These guys are awesome!!! Everyone has such great attitudes and they are very professional. Very easy process to apply. Got approved quick. I went to do the walk through, fell in love with the property. And when I have called them with an issue, they took care of it promptly. I'm a new tenant and I'm glad that I chose RJ Property Management!

RJ property management is very poor in communication. I was told they are owned out of state by one of the agents which seems to be a lie. Who is over this company?

Jeremy and Mike did an excellent job of installing my ac in my home. They had extremely good manners and got the job done with in reasonable time. I definitely would recommend them again if could.

From the beginning, staff has always been helpful. If and when there were any issues, they have always acted promptly to rectify the situation. If asked would i recommend this property management company, I absolutely would.

My only complaint is I can't never get anybody on the phone

Every time I try to view a house through this company i have issues with people not answering their phones or never calling me back, I have yet to see a house through this agency and I've been trying for over a month . The communication is awful

I've had three property management companies so far and RJ is the worst! I've been making the same maintenance request for 3 yrs now. There's mold in the attic, and I remind them EVERY time I pay my rent. They write down the request and maybe throw it away afterwards. Now they're saying in order to fix problem I have to sign a 2-year lease... They want to raise my rent, then they'll fix the issue..

They are awesome....I have been with them for 5 years and I do not plan on going anywhere any time soon!!! This is a very good management team.
