I wanted to write my own review for a very long time, but I didn't have enough time.
It's been just a couple of days since I returned from this wonderful place.
I want the hotel management to know that everything is not so rosy with them ..
I especially did not like it in the medical center.
That's really why such a state, if they don't want to help me spend my money.
The smell of the hotel ... Herbal .. very nice if there are no allergies)) but my child, as it turned out, had bronchial obstruction. So I turned to the medical center for help and was denied help (I contacted the reception through a cute girl Ulyana .. apparently what is choking in the medical center and at the reception is not known .. I already see how the headlines are full of .. Rixos did not help the child). Provided that I just needed an inhaler.
The pediatrician didn't let the second child with ARVI into the salt room ?! There is no information in the rules that admission there is only with the permission of a doctor ?! And why shouldn't I understand ?! All the signs for the appointment of this procedure were on the face! Snot, throat, cough .. our pediatrician is very surprised that we were not allowed there)) did they want money ?! Have you had a little ?! So what? I want to spend money .. why not ?!
The restaurant (I don t remember what it s called on the -1 floor) doesn t cook very tasty .. I ordered a vegetable puree soup on my head .. Have you ever tried it yourself ?! The menu is poor for ordering ..
Then on the first day (I m the first time .. they didn t give me brochures with a list of services or a schedule) I wanted water from the pump room, but I don t know the work schedule was sent to a closed pump room, there is no information what services I can use at the hotel .. only for the second day I learned about the nursery! It's not normal for a 5 * hotel!
Why should I run to the reception and find out information, or even like this: pull out of them with ticks !!!!
Normal tea is given only in the lobby (for my taste), and the portions and assortment differ on the -1 floor in the bowling alley (I will say separately about it what kind of mega game it is)
There is no menu for allergy sufferers: gluten-free bread, lactose-free menu, etc. (what is relevant to us .. and the most interesting thing is that the waiters do not even know the composition of the same desserts .. for example, pasta could be made without milk and then at least something something my child could try here).
Bowling! Here I got to his beloved .. well, you yourself played it here at least once?!? (Address to the manager)
The computer program hangs (it s also a pleasure - for playing 3d), there are no balls for little players (the minimum ball is 7kg!) Why not give the children the opportunity to play too ?!
That's what I had no complaints about - cleanliness. (Although our friends had hair in the sink when they checked in).
What can I say ... Next time I will go to your competitors)) if I suddenly force myself to return to Truskavets again ..
