An accommodation that would not be particularly good unless it was an ocean view room. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, and the view of the restaurant is very good. It takes more than 30 minutes on foot to sightseeing spots in the old city, so it is recommended to use public transportation when traveling.

The food is poor, not by a chance suitable for kids, meat not salted enough, with a weak below averige taste.
They requested us to pay upon arrival, indoor swimming pool depressing, with no playing content, such as tobbogan or any other pool toy..
Not worth money..

Dropped off my Sixt rentel car here. The staff were friendly and attentive. Guy was waiting in the driveway to guide cars in. It was painless and fast.
There are washroom in the hotel near the Sixt shop.
The rental staff will book a taxi for you to get to your destination if you require.

The hotel is in a good location because it takes about 20min walking to the center. Food is good and service is at its peak. The hotel offers plenty of contents, from an indoor pool, to enjoying music, a spa, rent a cara, etc. I like the space with the armchairs from which you look to the sea and you can enjoy and relax in the same.
The only objection is that some parts need to be renewed or replaced because they are too tight and are not in use. Still it is a 5 star hotel

Quite nice hotel. It has everything you need, but it could have been more modern. It needs improvement. The food was really good and the location is great. Everything is very close. The staff is really friendly and the prices are average. Conference room is spacious and good.

Overall, my stay at Rixos was an enjoyable experience. My husband and I had a 3 night stay over my birthday and I was surprised to find a bottle of champagne and homemade cake in our hotel room, which was just lovely. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had an enormous variety of food to choose from. We loved jumping off the rocks into the beautiful sea and walking into Dubrovnik old town. One slight improvement that could be made is the service at the pool restaurant during the day. The staff were absolutely lovely, they just seemed understaffed or struggled to cope with the amount of guests/orders. Again, friendly staff and the food was great, but service was a little slow at times.

The receptionists were very rude: I asked about the car rental offices and they first disregarded; when they insisted, they laughed among themselves and told me that the office was one floor below but that the car could not put it inside the hotel ... I honestly did not like it and it seems like a joke in bad taste to a tourist who he is just asking.

We stayed for 4 days, but the scenery is very satisfactory.
The meal was delicious because it was a plan with two meals.
Europe tends to be short of vegetables, but here it was good to have plenty of vegetables other than fresh vegetables.
Car rental is very convenient because there is a window at the hotel.
Parking is free on site.
Cleaning was also good and I was able to spend it comfortably.

Just one point, in the room during the last night of the night, it crunchy, crunchy in the room, a small black shadow,
When I investigated in the morning, there was a trace of scratching on the chocolate in the suitcase that was open, and there were several holes in the lid of the Limova suitcase. It's quite a shock.
I guess it was from the outside. . .
I am very sorry that this is the only reason I am satisfied with the very good hotel.
I think it is a mouse or something, but I checked whether it was weird and I could not mix it with my luggage.

Vety nice hotel. This is our second stay in this hotel after last year.
They made some renovations recently. Unfortunately partly still ongoing while we stayed here, but the friendliness of the staff and the nice seaview made it all disappear.
We had a very friendly welcome. Rooms are great and clean. In case of issues the staff is very helpful and finds a solution quickly.

The sun terrace with private sea access is extraordinary. Special thanks to Mehmet Ali from the pool area. You made our stay even more enjoyable.

Due to Corona times they are serving the breakfast now not in a buffet style but directly on the tables. This could be improved as a lot of food is getting wasted. I would suggest to offer some predefined sets and let the guests chose from those.
It was still great, just way too much.

Gym also got an upgrade. Very up to date treadmills and other cardio equipment.

The hotel also has a perfect location. 15 minutes walking distance to the old Town and. Other side of Dubrovnik with a lot of great restaurants near by.

We definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing experience in every way. The hotel stuff was great, very helpful each time. Breakfast and dinner both were open buffet, each food was very tasty. I believe everybody will find what they like here. The deserts at the main lobby level were mouth watering too.
Our room was spacious and clean with a breathtaking sea+oldtown view. Spa was very hygienic, the staff and the manager were super nice. If you are visiting Dubrovnik off season like us, having a spa service at the hotel is invaluable!
And of course Mr. Focalilar's hospitality and attention to details were cherry on top. Overall our trip was amazing. Thanks to the whole team. We will be back!

We are not staying at this hotel but we did spend the day there. We paid 100kuna per person to use the pool area and pool bar and restaurant. It was really nice with use of free towels and a great choice of comfy sunbeds. We had a look around and it was very nice with a well equipped gym and indoor pool and spa. Liked it that much if I ever come back to Dubrovnik I will stay there.

5 star somewhat "OTT" But lovely people and INCREDIBLE VIEWS fom ALL rooms. Nothing much for families/children more of a couples or Corporate hotel for company meetings. No entertainment at all!

This hotel is the last hotel in our 13-day itinerary. We stayed here for two nights.
The rooms are very large, but the size of each room is different because the hotel is designed in a wave shape.
Because the room in the concave design is smaller, and I live in the rightmost room,
Next to it is the computer room and the duct room, so the room is inexplicably smelly and it feels very bad.
But the hotel is full and can only tolerate, other floors in the same group on the right have the same problem.
However, the planning in the room is very good, and there is a hot pot that everyone wants to have in Europe.

The restaurant in this hotel is all-you-can-eat. It s as good as you want. The food in this restaurant can be considered a thumbs-up restaurant for 13 days. The focus is on desserts and desserts because they are great, so I say three times. There are so many dessert flavors, and it is better than the buffet restaurant in Taiwan that advertises all-you-can-eat snacks. There are 5-6 kinds of pies, all kinds of exquisite cakes, and a super invincible chocolate cake. If girls want to travel on their own Be sure to choose this restaurant and enjoy the delicious desserts.

The hotel has a very large swimming pool, but after jumping into the ultra-low temperature swimming pool in another hotel a few days ago, I still have a look at the pool, and there are gymnasiums, billiards and indoor swimming pools on the basement floor. Unfortunately, we The trip is in a hurry, or you should go for exercise and consume the full body grease accumulated in 13 days.

And there is also a casino in the basement, so please remember to take a small gamble and don t work hard!

We spent 6 nights in the Rixos Premium in Dubrovnik and overall we had a very nice time. Overall i would not give the hotel 5* in general because the rooms are extremly outdated and also used down. The hotel was refurbished over the winter last year and looks in the common use areas pretty nice. The rooms weren t refurbished and have in our opinion not the 5* hotel standard at all! The stuff was always helpful and the breakfast was in a very nice quality even though the coffee comes out of a machine that doesn t even use fresh milk instead cappuccino i done with milk powder for example. These are details that would make for me a 5* hotel and i come from the hotel management environment! Also the spa was redone beautiful but then on the other side you can see in the relaxing area of the spa big marks of black mold that was tried to hide behind garbage bins and this is no go to have huge amount of mold just overpainted on the walls in a Spa area. Also tiles very missing in the pools of the SPA pools and like i said for me its the details that count here. So like I said for people that like a lifestyle hotel and don t really go into the details that is the right place to stay. If you look for a real 5* hotel and you know quality from other RIXOS Hotels or other players in the industry you might be underwhelmed with the rooms and also the little details that are missing!

Satisfaction is the worst despite being a 5-star hotel. The furniture in the rooms is very old, the curtains are off and there are lots of stains on the couch. Overall, the condition and cleaning are not very good. Even though it is a suite, the bedding is tidy and tidy, and the basic amenities such as slippers and toothpaste are not provided. In addition, the balcony doors did not close well, so cold outside air and strong winds leaked through the doors and I could not sleep well all night. The ocean view suite costs about 600,000 won per night, which is far less than that. Room service is also taking about 30 minutes, but it took over an hour. It's a honeymoon and it's a discreet choice as Croatia had the most expectations for Dubrovnik. The great thing was that one balcony sea view was good. The breakfast was varied and the food quality was good. If you come in summer, you can enjoy swimming in the private beach or enjoy the spa, so if you use the swimming pool or spa facilities, you might have been more satisfied, but I visited in October, so it was cold for the outdoor swimming.

This hotel is a true gem on the Dalmation Coast. Its a fantastic resort, that seems to popular with everyone from business people, tourists to doctors on conference. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the concierge Petra, who went out of her way to help us resolve our lost bag issue. The resort is kitted out with everything you could possibly need and more - add to that the unmatchable scenery that is the splendor of Dubrovnik. Its only a short 10min walk to the Old Town.

Amazing hotel, the rooms, the spa area everything is how you would expect from that hotel category. But what makes this hotel slightly better than the others is stuff...friendly, not cold and cocky...if you aim to stay in a 5 star hotel and to have a feeling like you are staying at your friend's place...this is perfect place for you. Simply, we love it.
