Loved this place! Birds ate out of our hands and the beautiful golden crown was mesmerizing!
Spending a little quality time at this Mississauga parkland.
Lots of people are here to get in a little sunshine before the time change tonight.
Beautiful plants, structures and landscaping!
Available parking was at a premium today.
Beautiful place to visit and have a stroll among nature!
An amazing conservation area that offers lengthy hikes, bird watching, a rustic Barn, the beautiful MacEwan house, and before covid, classes!
Beautiful place to see fall colors..!! Nice trails yellow trail for bird watching and red trail to see deers (if you are lucky). Pretty flower garden at the entrance is very refreshing!
Absolutely amazing place. Lots of trails and you can see nature up close and personal.
It's OK to walk your dog. ..facilities...many trails, good information maps, clean and well mantain
Stunning gardens, amazing hiking & connects to Erindale park
Lovely oasis in the city of Mississauga. Connects to the Culham trail. Great for nature walks or rides. Beautiful gardens. I wish there were some water features that could be focal points to sit around and enjoy the scenery on a hot day.
Great for hiking! They also have events like Shakespeare in the park & many other fun stuff.
A perfect place for a quiet walk near the City Centre.
Great mtb trails for all riding levels. The blacks are closer to blues though
This place is beautiful but parking is a big hassle here also most open areas for picnic are very crowded. The hiking is nice though.
Great place to walk around the park, also great place to have some fishing
Weekend parking is hard to get. Once the park reaches capacity, no matter how many cars leave, the park is closed. In and out privileges exist though, once you get it. The park closed at about 11:30am on Saturday and the line was about 40 minutes so get there early.
Nice, short trails which connect to other longer trails. Some sections have dense vegetation, greenery. Some good spots for scrambling (which you can avoid if not comfortable).
Problems - too much litter near the stream. Some people don't pick up after their pet
I love this park. It's gorgeous and clean. I go there often.
very scenic, various trails beside the main one, people fish here for sport, nice hike, i recommend
Hidden Gem in Mississauga, great for bird watching.
A beautiful nature trail and park. A really nice way to spend the afternoon. They also have bird feeders randomly across the tail so you can see lots interesting looking birds eating seeds
Excellent family outing especially if you like birds. Bring seeds and the birds will come to your hand.
We brought our students with special needs to rhe Riverwood Conservancy last week. The program was amazing! We went for a walk through the woods, fed chickadees and made bird feeders. The chikdren ranged in age from 4-12 and they all thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't say enough good about the staff, programmes offered and the location itself.
Nice place for a 4/5 hours outing during falls. Colorful trees will surely mesmerize you. Very easily accessible on public transport also.
Love going to this park! Beautiful woody trails help you escape the business of the city and the rest of Mississauga. One of the trails also touches a Erindale Park. They also have a small hands on activity for kids at the main entrance of the park and beautiful flowers. Excellent park for walking or cycling and ample of spots near the water. Plenty of parking available both on the left when you first enter or further ahead near the main entrance. Park also looks beautiful during the winter but may get very slippery, usually I ve seen signage for warnings though.
Beautiful park, pretty garden. Good place to go for a walk and enjoy the views.
Beautiful gardens and trails with a variety of activities for families.
Amazing get away in the city of Mississauga.Trails go throughout the forest that follows the Credit River.Beautiful scenery here.
Pretty area but needs more maintainence of trails and better direction markers
Great trails and beautiful fall colours in the vast wooded areas. Nice place to see the salmon run on the Credit River. You can walk or bike ride. Variety of birds and wildflife.
Great trails, lots of wildlife and especially for birding!
Great place for a fall hike! So many colours, birds, and diverse terrain.
Beautiful site, vastly underutilized (despite incredible array of amenities and features), but also with challenges of too much hard pavement and noise/light pollution from the highway, that needs to be addressed. If excess runoff and noise/light pollution continues, it will (continue to) degrade this "gem of Mississauga". So please explore this wonderful place, get involved in events, and support their work through volunteering or a donation, if you can. Visual Arts Mississauga is also located here! Site has washrooms, water fountains, garbage/recycling bins, and is fully accessible.
Great place to visit for a weekend..couple of good trails and not too many people.
We took photos here in the fall. Leaves are colourful and bright and make for super photos. Was busy with people and parking was tricky but worth the wait.
I love going to this park. This is a really lovely place located at the heart of Mississaiga. Strolling by the credit river is what we love to do most. This is the best place to see hummming birds during the summer and hand feed birds during early spring. This place also shines during the fall season with it's vibrant colors. Parking is free for those of you who want to check it out.
Everyone in Mississauga should visit...outstanding.
It s a hidden gem in Mississauga. Have some trails, lot of parking spaces, good place to spend couple of hrs.
Nice hidden place for a walk and just chill in peace! Good trails as well!
Lots of beautiful and quiet trails and gardens to explore. Beautiful Park.
Great long trails, tricky to circle back so you have to walk backwards if you get lost but the overall experience here is memorable.
Beautiful park and lots of places to take pictures at. Love the huge flowers and nature atmosphere. Must visit at least once.
Lots of little trails but the erosion is intense... Lots of spots for wedding pictures... Amateur hiker friendly...I hear there are nice activities for kids after covid... Bring lots of water on hot days
It's a great place to go with your family. It's a big forest and there are over 300 species of animals. I got to feed chick a dees while there. During autumn, it is so pretty to see. All the leaves are in warm ombres and it stuns me.
Very nice nature reserve on the banks of credit river. In the summer there many events organised in the premises.
I go hiking here weekly. It is serene and very picturesque. Its one of my most favorite places to walk my dog. The only negative being other dog walkers who do not abide by the leash law and allow their dogs to roam freely.
Our favorite place to hike in Mississauga. A beautiful oasis in the middle of Mississauga with trails along the credit river. Today we explored a trail that is not as widely travelled but it was fun to explore
Not many hikers, beautiful scenery, lots of wildlife. ( birds, deer, tortoises, snakes, coyotes )beautiful vustas
Awesome trails, reserved the nature and well maintained, Good for photography and photoshoot. One should give a visit and feel the nature beauty.
