Haven t even worked here a year and have to say it is one of the worst companies out there they treat their drivers like dirt, they abandon their drivers on the side of the road for several hours when their equipment breaks down, are completely unprofessional especially the dispatchers, the equipment isn t maintained at all. truck is broke down almost every other week and can t stay running enough to make any kind of miles let alone a paycheck and good luck getting ahold of 24/7 dispatch or breakdown because they never answer the phone no matter how many times you call, when you leave they refuse to pay what they owe you and if you put money in your personal escrow they will take it and say they don t know what happened to it

This has to be the best company i have ever worked for from orientation to my dispatcher and even the after hours team. I started driving in 1988 until 1995 and just came back to it in 2018 and just made the move to RTI in july of 2021 and so far its the best company I have ever worked for

The Shop has its issues but as a Company RTI is amazing hands down. I ve been here almost 3 years and my truck is nearly paid off! The environment here is a very fun one. As a lease Purchase driver you are treated with respect as a business partner with RTI. Hands down best company in my 10 year career as a truck driver.

I have been working for RTI for One and half years I m a company driver I m on a dedicated run and I m happy to be on it. I get home just about every weekend. RTI is a great family to work for and I just love working here. My dispatcher is the best, when I fist started I was with one dispatcher but I end up with Elana she is the best.

Good carrier. I know a few drivers that are there or have worked there. I however only gave one star because I as a truck driver am always being passes by RTI drivers that are speeding in School Zones, Construction Zones and Towns where the speed limits are reduced. As if their freight is anymore important then anyone else's freight. So they get a 1 star from me solely based on their safety standings.

Best trucking company I have ever driven for....they respect the driver, pay us well and have one of the best maintained fleets in the Industry.....

Some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. Clean facilities. Directions are militant,so there's no confusion as to what you should be doing. Overall I can count on 1 hand the companies I've encountered in over 20 years, that have been this professional.

I will set up to start on July 07, 2021 Upon being approved nothing changed I didn't get no new violations. However the company after booking my ticket called me and said that safety is now disqualifying me. I was told a week ago that all of my reports were done and I was fully approved. So I was wondering what changed? Now I am left with no job and nothing to fall back on because they did not do their job correctly. My old job already had someone that started training for my position. I am looking at suing rti.

We worked as drivers for there sister company( TLI )got into an accident not our fault. Wife got hurt and was on work comp for awhile then when she got off after a year and a half we called them back up to go back to work for them and they declined us saying she doesn't have 6 months exp in the last year. Now they have a mentor program for students and drivers that haven't been driving in a while to get back to work and they still declined us. They will not tell you why they declined you. We applyed at RTI got hired and the night before we were to go to orientation they called and said they changed there mind (they really said that they changed there minds)because of talking to TLI and not to come to orientation. Good thing I did not quit my job because I know that that have done that to other drivers some of them go all the way through oreintation and get told that they can't hire them after all. I would run far away from both company's.
