Company seems awesome at first glance. Luckily, I did not have to experience any income loss from this Ponzi scheme. I did, however, waste time and lose more faith in humanity by applying for a sales representative job with them. A little thing that caught my attention at first was the informal usage of the word "through" on the indeed job description. Upon reading the employment agreement, I noticed a few more minute but quintessential differences. What is promised in an easy to read format is not the same as the lengthy 1099 contract...Do yourself a favor and read the reviews starting with the one stars first...Check glassdoor, indeed and even the BBB. I do not recommend this company for employment...Good luck :)
We're a small business that just started taking debit/credit payments. Riverside Payments has been so helpful. Their software is easy to use and the customer service and very accessible and helpful. I never had to sign anything that made me feel like I was locked into an agreement I could never get out of. I would absolutely recommend.
The worst company I've ever interacted with. A client of mine used them for payment for less than a month before the hidden fees started. They've experienced issues such as rounding up processing fees, straight up lying about their "never use a middle man" policy, and failing to sign/complete contracts. And the unprofessional cherry on top is that their customer service is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. In fact, a screen door would probably allow me to cancel without having to lie about fees. One of their employees even provided her script, which was full of deceptive claims. The only option at this point is to get an attorney involved. Do yourself a favor, rather than using Riverside, simply empty your savings account, pile it in the backyard and burn it. It will cost you less than doing business with them, and as an added bonus, you won't have to deal with their terrible customer service.
This company is not forth rite with information, unorganized and does not provide quality customer service. The sales rep pitched to us saying we could leave the contract within the first month of processing if we aren't saving money, and that Riverside never uses a middle man to process. We have found out that Riverside IS the middle man and deceptively trains their employees to give a dishonest sales pitch with no intention of following through. We were hastily signed into a contract with three different companies, many hidden fees and an outrageous cancellation fee that we were never told about. None of this not covered when we were looking through the contract with the sales manager. We have called many many times and have been hung up on, and they've even refused to pass us off to a manager after speaking with her less than an hour before calling back. I struggle to trust the word of this company now. I simply cannot have that when it comes to my businesses finances. UPDATE: I was called by the VP of Operations 2.5 weeks after my last call with customer support and he very kindly explained their process and addressed my issues. He released us from the contract, is giving us a refund and will be taking care of my contract with the other companies. Potentially this would have turned out much better between the two of us if we heard from someone like the VP of Operations sooner but the customer support of Riverside does not seem to reflect the professionalism of their leadership at the moment. I appreciated his call and am glad to get this resolved the day the VP called.
I will say this company does everything they say. They paid my early termination fee from my previous company, and the rep Mara Levine is awesome. She helps you out even after she leaves your office and has your business. That is very rare now a days. They usually get you to sign and move on to the next person. Not Mara, she stays with you or if she can't help you she will give you to someone who can. Great rates and guess what,, They actually charge you what they say they are going to charge you. No bait and switch or small print. Great company and reps.

Even within the pandemic, they are going above and beyond to help me and my company. Even on their off days, these employees will make sure you and your company are satisfied! Great team work! Loyal Hearts is very satisfied.
I've never been so frustrated to close the merchant service with this company. So many things wasn't disclosed. If customer service can't help you out to closed the account, then how the hack am I supposed to closed it. Someone please help me. I've been charge for something twice now for something that I haven't even used. Wasting time and money. It's like their operation doesn't have system or guideline or something. Someone please help. I have try several time and no response. Really? Hefty cancellation fee? Just taking money from people's hard-earned .I guess there is no shame in that. Can't understand how company can operate without honesty and do you really think that having this bad reputation is gonna make the company grow? I am at a lost for word , cus nothing can describe how I feel right now aftering hearing a friend of mine having the same problem with this company.

I've had a great experience with Riverside Payments. They have 24 hour payments on and no monthly processing cap which I thought was huge. Also their reps are really great and explained every single step of the process to me, so I had an understanding of what I was getting for my package. All in all with the benefits and customer service they provide, I would recommend them
