We go for dinner on new year's eve. The food is excellent and so is the service.

Attended an event here a few weeks ago and loved the venue. This was a wedding so I am not sure how the food is normally but the place was clean and I would have no issue booking it

Went for a meeting. Great meeting room, good food, and great service. Very attentive staff (although they're not terribly busy at the moment). So, if you need a place to have a meeting downtown, I'd recommend it.

Really bad experience with the membership staff. Still to this day have never received a membership card. Very dismissive of member feedback as well. Walked down from the office to get lunch the other day and they were closed? Leaving for somewhere more welcoming that cares about their customers.

The bar, restaurant, and all other facilities were very nice. I was only a guest, but it felt very high-class. I had a good time while I was there.

Had a great time listening to The Tubby Daniels Band also the food was awesome

Intimate space yet comfortable. Nice entertainment and information networking for businesses and organizations.

The gym is great lots of machines and great squash courts. The new resteraunt is amazing and has a great view!

Almost every positive review you see here is from someone who was a guest one time or went to one event. As a member here for years I assure you, this establishment does not deserve 5 stars.

Staff and food always awesome! Great place for lunch and dinner! They have nice events for young kids. We would highly recommend Rivers Club to anyone.

I love this place. The renovation are amazing the staff is wonderful, and Erin in membership is extremely helpful.

Service wasn't as nice as I expected for a high price place.

I've been trying to cancel my membership since January and they have charged me every month since. The food is mediocre at best besides the salad bar.

If you work in the Oxford center it's super convenient!

Went with my in laws who are members of an associated club. Worst food I have ever paid so much for. Terrible server that the manager had to keep doing her job. There was nothing vegetarian on their menu so I ordered the soup of the day and asked for the chef to make a vegetarian main course. The waitress asked if risotto was alright, so I assumed that's what was coming. My soup didn't come out with the other starters and was cold when it did. I didn't even eat it. My main course ended up being over cooked pasta without anything but mushy vegetables. No sauce, no cheese. Skip this and go have a much better meal for way less at Olive Garden or similar

The food is presented in a way that is pleasing to the eye. The taste of the food pleased my tastebuds.

Great place to workout. The classes are fun, challenging, and will definitely leave you sweating. Everyone working here is awesome and very helpful! I definitely recommend!!

Very poor customer service by Membership Department! Attempted to cancel membership multiple times, was told account had a sizable credit- went to use credit and told unavailable because no longer a member!

Nice atmosphere and live music. Jazz night is the best!

The Rivers club is located downtown on Grant street. It's a perfect location for us, as well live in the North Side and can walk there on nice days or park for free after 6 on week days. It is never too crowded and is kept well cleaned.

Very nice venue for business meetings and smaller-sized conferences. Monthly membership price is very reasonable and provides business members with a downtown office alternative. Gym facilities are very nice as well.

Absolutely terrible. Most incompetent waitress I have ever seen. Kept talking to my wife and forgetting what we ordered. Menus were wrong, couldn't make an old fashioned, couldn't remember our bottle of wine, brought us decaf coffee when we asked for regular because we "probably didn't want to be up all night", bad cut of beef trying to pass as a filet, scrawny lobster tails, etc. the best thing I had was the cheesecake, which I'm sure they bought because it was actually edible. The building is also really sketchy, we had to walk down 4 flights of escalators that weren't on anymore to leave. Don't waste the money, SO not worth it.

It was nice, I was there for a networking event. Nice facilities

Great space for meetings, tailored to your group size along with nice variety of menu selections. My lunch meal was delicious. I had the buffalo chicken egg roll to go with my scallop dish. The rest of our group enjoyed the lunch buffet, with all being pleased with their selections.

Great place to hold meetings, eat, or do both. Service staff is fantastic, especially Walt.

Recently remodeled which was needed, but it's an odd layout. The food is just ok, I wouldn't eat there if I were paying (I've been to several events hosted there). The dining room floor shakes as though one was experiencing earthquake aftershock when there is an exercise class being held on the floor below (super sketchy). And one can hear the aerobics instructor shouting to his or her class from the surrounding floors. If given the choice, I wouldn't return unless I absolutely had to.

Would have given a five star with a better IPA selection.

The food here was pretty good and the staff was very friendly. My work has a Christmas party here every year and it's always a good time.
