River Bend Animal Clinic Review

Sasha who answers the phones is extremely rude and unfit for the job. She refused to ask the DR to call me to follow up on a visit from the day prior (even after offering to pay a consult fee), she refused to schedule a new appt so I could follow up with the Dr myself (this is when I started recording the call because i thought it was a JOKE) AND get this she told me there was NO office manager at all...Not that they aren't there on Fridays (which I discovered later), but no manager at all period. I have a recording to prove it! I asked her to verify her name was Sasha as I wasn't sure at first. She refused to provide her name again, but said it definitely WASNT Sasha. I waited a few hours called back and she announced her name as Sasha, just as I thought! .....Oh and she gave wrong price quote (double what Dr told me) but said the Dr gave me the wrong info! Come to find out Sasha was wrong (which was the ONLY reason I asked to speak with the manager or Dr. in the first place because I knew she was wrong) remember she lied about her name so can't trust anything she says (neither should you). The fact she hid her name and claimed no manager existed makes it transparent she knew she was wrong. I accomplished nothing on the phone today other than finding another vet that wants my $ (that was easy by the way). Just to be clear I have been coming here for 10 years but after today I will NEVER be back! SHE is the ONLY reason I will never come back.....just know I tried to book an appointment but Sasha (the one whose job is to book appointments) refused to schedule it! I've never been treated so disrespectful in my life. I mean really WHY would I ever come back? Would you? Feel free to contact me for the recordings I can prove every word I wrote!

The people are nice And they bring and take your pet really good time and the prices are unremarkable thank you and your team for the great job you did my bunny is doing great great to meet your team

I'm always happy with the staff and care at Riverbend. Today was no exception. Needed to get my pups leg looked at, and they got me in and out right away. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Quality work done. Had my cat fixed here. No issues with surgery or after. Sometimes hard to get through to by phone. Otherwise would give 5 stars. They also are the vet for my rat and ferrets. Great with small animals :)

I love River bend Animal clinic ,all my dogs that I have had always are treated with loving care and Dr Jessica is the best I can't thank her enough for taking care of Max all the way to the end .I also thank all staff you make everybody feel welcome

Be warned that front desk staff have zero customer service skills. If you can look past this, the Doctors are great! My husband and I have been taking our cats here for 7 plus years now. We have no complaints as far as the actual care goes and would still recommend this vet if in need. However, we have become afraid of having to call them for anything because you never know what kind of attitude you ll be greeted with on the other end of the phone. My poor husband called to get our cat a rabies shot today and was cut off immediately by the front desk woman and who rudely told him that there wasn t anything for over a week. He told me he wasn t going to call them anymore because they are always so mean to him. This is the second time this week he had to call and was treated this way. For my husband to voice this means there is a problem. We are very friendly people and it s slightly off putting when you aren t treated in the same manner.

My Mother's cat was very ill, we were recommended by a friend to visit here and after a few visits her kitty was back to her normal self thanks to Dr. Jessica Heeren we can't thank her enough.

You can tell the staff here really love what they do and they are so great with my cat. When I got my kitten, a friend recommended I take him and it's been a great experience.

Our first visit I was a knucklehead and wrote the wrong time down, and even though I was an hour late they got us in within 15 minutes. Gherkin has gotten 3 shots here so far, and they do such a great job distracting him with some food that he hardly even flinches.

This will be our lifelong vet - I love how sweet the staff is towards my cat.

this is the most honest and genuine set of vets I've ever been to. others have charged me $500 for tests that gave no useful results, x-rays, CT scans, medicine that all did nothing. THIS VET does not do that. This place is good.
