Very Elegant hotel, not like the modern hotels I would say. I noticed when I was give a huge key instead of a key card. But overall it was so different and unique for me. The ritz is located in a very convenient area. Very walkable with cafes around.The room was decorated with a timeless classy feel. And the door man just makes you feel very welcome.

Friendly & helpful staff on arrival. We only stayed for drinks but always go there when we are in Madrid . I looked into El Prado whilst my partner sat & read the paper ! I love the decor & listening to the grand piano whilst chilling, a bit of old world charm.
