Ritz-Carlton, Vienna Review

Services were great but we were suspicious of the cleanliness of the carpet.

The teatime was very nice, served different teas and small delicacies. The service was very attentive and friendly. The lobby felt a bit oppressive because of the low ceiling ...

Beautiful, elegant hotel with very helpful and gracious staff!

The rooms are very comfortable and the rooms are friendly and courteous. There are also free capsule coffee and water boilers in the room. The dry and wet bathrooms are also very satisfying.

The staff was friendly, however the bathroom was not up to scratch.

Would have been a nice Advent evening ... but the bartender didn't want to give us the fun. Absolute failure and service is not a priority here! Unfortunately we will not see each other again!

Steakhouse and steak brunch are an absolute "must" for any steak lover. Excellent steaks, friendly, attentive staff and nice ambiance. Only the desserts buffet was a bit more extensive on my last visit.

Incredible experience. We had some delays at check-in and the staff was more than accommodating and helpful in taking care of us. Made for a fantastic stay in Vienna - can't wait to come back!

my partner and i had a fantastic meal for my partners birthday.. they were able to provide a special desert treat for the special occasion as well as a birthday message upon our arrival. the food was fantastic and a great atmosphere and friendly staff. :)

5 stars and plus on all levels! Very good location, 15 min walk max to many important attractions, restaurants and cafes... Nice comfortable rooms that very few have balconies (good for smokers ). Most important is the very professional friendly staff who makes feel like at home

I was very enjoying during the stay in your lovely hotel. I wish I could stay longer in your hotel and city. Everything is so good - location, food, spa. Architecture is wonderfull, equipment and interior also very very good, so much that I would like to see and feel it another time of year when temperature is higher to see natural environment.

Awesome location, service, and rooms. The club lounge is a huge perk as they offer free breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only negative is that they use too many fragrances around the hotel.

The airlines lost my luggage. I had nothing but some dirty clothes that were in another bag. I told the front desk about my problem and they told me to send them my dirty clothes and they laundered them free of charge. Then I went to see if I could buy some make up and facial cleanser at the Spa. Zsopia the spa supervisor was so amazing!! When I told her my situation she took such good care of me and helped me get the things I needed. Seriously the best service! She cared so much and it was so appreciated. This hotel was wonderful! Not just the service but it was beautiful too.

The only Marriott Group Hotel i know that means to step out of SPG / Ritz Carlton Rewards and don t grant access to ClubLounge on Platinum Level, Very disappointing and very cheap behavior... standard itself is ol, but shines negative under the fact above... pitty for Austrian Hospitality...

Top hotel in a great location. Just right to discover Vienna. It has a beautiful bar with a cool terrace and wonderful views of the Karlskirche and Vienna. They also have a very high quality steakhouse. Highly recommended!

The service is amazing, bed are very comfortable. Room are very clean but need more care. I have been to many five stars hotel and honestly I didn't feel a different as I am in the Ritz-carlton for first time in my life therefore, I considered the price is higher than other five stars hotel with same service. For example, the breakfast is very simple and nothing fancy or wow. So, if you are paying here you are paying for the name and the location. Overall, very good experience.

There is a " room " for improvement - half of service staffs doesnt speak german. Very strange...?

Full 5 stars, also 6 out of 5 stars because everything is just perfect. Friendly staff, including spa, great breakfast, great selection in the D-Bar, Rooftop-Bar and best of all: The steak restaurant "District" ... our mouths are still watering today. We would love to come back.

Yesterday wanted tel. Reserve a table at Pastarama at 6:50 p.m. A confirmation of reservation was promised to me by the reception. 22 hours later still no confirmation. On tel. It was then said that everything was fully booked. Is that customer friendly?
We will not recommend this hotel / restaurant anymore !!!

The hotel is very conveniently located! Corresponds to the level of your brand. Clean very well. And in the evening additionally too. Breakfast is not too varied, but everything you need is available. Egg, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs exactly like tea must be ordered to the waiter. Bring fast.

Have the D-bar paid a visit. Average service. When I wanted to ask the concierge for directions, he quickly grabbed the phone and started phoning. The draft beer was out of the bottle, already expired 7 days and was then charged for the coronation. For a 5 * house altogether a shame.

Go to the lobby & order the Cheesecake. It is the best Cheesecake I've ever had.

Avocado salad was completely unwashed, very poor quality with full of sands in District restaurant.
I got a teeth brush kit by the waiter in order to clean and wash my month and teeth...

Great hotel! The service is friendly and attentive. In December, the highest Christmas market in Vienna on the roof of the hotel is highly recommended. The hotel is in central super central!

Great hotel with very nice rooms. Easy location in Vienna, on the ring road, about a block from a tram stop. Close to the park, museum quarter, opera house, and easily walkable to the city center or canal. We ate at the restaurant which was good, but nothing amazing for the price. Great service though and a good place for a quiet meal. Did not have time for the pool, roof top bar, or spa. Overall would recommend!

I was not allowed to check in because orange juice was spilled don't ask what juice just orange juice tourn up.

The service is top. They understand the requirements of the customer. I just think it's great.

I love this place, bar is just tip go once a week for a glass or more champagne

The Ritz deserves its international reputation for luxury and service. The staff treated us with friendliness and respect despite our numerous tourist questions. They provides excellent dinner recommendations and found us tickets to wonderful concerts. The historic building is fun to explore, especially the elegant stairway.

A convenient place. There is also a name value so you can stay in this area with confidence. There is a park next to it and it is just right for morning running. It is a stable service. The parking lot was in the basement but it was all right.

The DSTRIKT Steakhouse is one of the best in Vienna. You can enjoy the steaks in a wonderful ambience surrounded by well-trained and courteous employees who fulfill the wishes of the customers excellently. I can recommend this house to everyone.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Great location in the city, near to all the landmarks. Everyone of the employees is so kind and helpful, especially Ms Salome. I will definitely come back again.

Very arrogant and unfriendly welcoming at the rooftop bar. 5 tables unoccupied at 22.30 but the waiter cannot give them to us!! Go opposite to the Grand Hotel, much better service

Was here in the steakhouse on a business lunch: extremely perfect experience. Ambience and service as you would expect from such a house.

This is the second time I have stayed here and yes, because I am a Marriott Titanium member I did receive an upgrade to a Junior suite which is a lovely room and amazing. The room is beautiful in excellent condition, the bathroom is huge, the closet is huge, the shower is huge and one of the best I ve ever seen at a hotel or otherwise. I highly recommend this hotel and I think the prices are fair for a top notch facility. Even the hallways and stairwells are beautiful, service in the executive lounge is outstanding and the food and snacks are good.

3stars because in the bar the staff unfriendly and not professional. 4 of us wanted to get a drink and we were 3 times replaced before ordering....we left. Doesn't has a special charme. Once been lucky 1year ago and got a good service-thats why i returned and got disappointed
