The airlines lost my luggage. I had nothing but some dirty clothes that were in another bag. I told the front desk about my problem and they told me to send them my dirty clothes and they laundered them free of charge. Then I went to see if I could buy some make up and facial cleanser at the Spa. Zsopia the spa supervisor was so amazing!! When I told her my situation she took such good care of me and helped me get the things I needed. Seriously the best service! She cared so much and it was so appreciated. This hotel was wonderful! Not just the service but it was beautiful too.
