Excellent food here, cooked to perfection, attentive staff, let down a little by the house wine on the evening. I would highly recommend to anyone to give it try, couldn't see many being disappointed going here.

Pleasant Italian. Fairly traditional menu which is interesting but the food didn't live up to what was expected. The dishes were under seasoned and quality of meat was average. Not bad as local Italian but nothing special. Service was very good though - staff were lovely.

This spot is worth visiting. They have big portions for affordable prices. Consistently well kept and with good mood. Will come back again.

A touch expensive but the quality of food is superb. I love the chicken livers in Masala wine & the Palma ham, pear and walnut salad make a great light starter. The waiting staff are good especially Alberto who is friendly and very professional.

My mum was stopping an we mentioned that it is a friendly and warm place and been there on special occasions and we went a few times, she loved the duck she had as much as i enjoy the steak diane. Staff are friendly and help with what ever you need. Every customer gets treated as special and will recommend to family and friends

Been many times, always excellent food and friendly staff. Alongside the fancier dishes, the cheaper mains and house wines are still very good. Highly recommended.

This is a BRILLIANT long established Restaurant who's varied menu, food, ambience and hygiene is as immaculate now as it's always been. Better than you could find in many high end establishments in fact. I have no qualms recommending Da Vinci's and will be dining here again very soon (nxt week), no matter the current climate. We must all support our local businesses otherwise they will disappear for good!!!

Eaten here 3 times for special occasions and never been disappointed. It's on the expensive side but for a wonderful meal to celebrate an anniversary or birthday, it is hugely recommended.

Had a quick visit to Birmingham and was recommended to try this restaurant. Great Atmosphere and really attentive staff. We had Tam serve us all night and she gave us amazing service. Food was extremely delicious and good proportions. Great wine selection.

Booked Ristorante Da Vinci for our wedding anniversary and had an excellent meal. Professional courteous service. Will be back again and not wait till its a special occasion.

The food here is one of the best so far Very pricey but you are definitely getting your moneys worth the menu makes my mouth water even before iv ordered.They also offer coffee an liquor at the end of your meal. My kinda of places.

Brilliant, superb even, true Italian restaurant. It was really lovely. Beautiful long stemmed red roses on the table. Fantastic service. Perfect food. It could not have been better. I cant wait to go here again. Just wish I had time to enjoy it more but we were in a rush. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thanks.

The service is over present to mock haute cuisine,the food is disappointing and having a mona Lisa replica in front of our table was the final blow.

Fairly ordinary and quite expensive for what it is. The meal itself is expensive and then you have to pay extra for potatoes and vegetables which are basic.

It's a decent place with good quality of food. However, slightly over priced and when it gets busy the vibe isn't as nice as when there are less people. Since they play Italian traditional music in the background.

I took my wife for a meal here recently after being given a voucher by a friend. I really don't know why it's been 15 years since i've eaten here. The food, the wine, the atmosphere & the service were all first class, I certainly wont be leaving it that long before we go back...

Best Italian food in Coventry, great atmosphere and excellent service!

We love eating here, as the food and service are great. It's not cheap, but quality never is!

Food is just amazing and the service you get is exceptional especially from Antonio. The only negative is parking but you can normally find a space up a side street

After visiting Da Vincis for the first time last week, I was anticipating another nice visit at a restaurant I had acquired a liking for. However to my horror these expectations were not met due to the both the owner and the waiting staff. My friends and I decided to visit tonight for a few drinks and a dessert for which we indicated this to one of the waitresses. After looking over the menu and ordering exactly that, she was under the assumption that we wanted more food, which was not the case. As we informed her of this she gave a look of disgust at us and nodded her head sideways while removing the cutlery she set out.

In response my friend asked her if she was annoyed, to which she replied ah don t worry , which felt like adding salt to a wound. Due both these instances my friend was enraged with the service we had, as all we had in mind were a few drinks an a dessert. As we were finishing our drinks, my friend felt obliged to consult the owner over these manners. As we were just finishing my friend called over the owner, and explained the situation of the waitress. This made things even worse to which he responded It s not a snack bar, we expect people who come in to order a meal! . If the waitresses comments weren t bad enough, the owner felt obliged to agree with the waitress.

The events in the Da Vincis tonight highlighted one major flaw with this restaurant, hospitality. If ordering a simple dessert and a few drinks causes the staff to be upset I suggest they make it clear to customers that in order to dine here you must order at least a main, otherwise don t make faces regarding what our orders are. Furthermore under no circumstance should the waitress have acted the way she did. This will be the last night I will be dinning in Davincis and if any of the staff members or owner do read this I hope this review is not taken lightheartedly.

I went here with my family for a birthday dinner, I found that the service was ok and the food was sub par. I had anticipated a lot more for the prices at this restaurant, I left feeling hungry and disappointed after the bill was such an eye popping amount! it also made the member of the family disappointed with their birthday meal which was a shame!

The food here is exceptional and the service matches that of the food. Genuinely couldn't fault the food, staff or the ambience. The prices reflect the quality of the food and we shall return without doubt.

We have eaten here on a few occasions now. The food is amazing. Its a lovely relaxed little place. And the waiters and waitresses are all so cute and helpfull.
