Great place to take the kids a little scary for my sister but it was fun wax hands were great but don't let them fool you glitter and extra for charcters faces are $6 to $12 dollars and your already paying $20 for he hand itself. Anyway The other things like rides and things are $5 a person but I loved it here great place.
It was interesting, but the wax sculptures were hit or miss. About 25% didn't look remotely like who they were supposed to be.
The Ripley's part was a bit better. There were some cool things to see and learn.
The 7D games were our favorite part, but they were way too short.
Recently went to museum on a family trip with grandkids. I most say that i was disappointed with the attractions and food. The food was over priced and poor quality. I was expecting the attractions to look more realistic and life like. It did not impress the kids at all. The most disappointing was that the Micheal Jackson display did not have sound to it. The soveniors are chessey and overpriced. The cost is to much for what they are offering. Much improvement is need in all areas for this attractions.
My girl and i just recently went to Dallas-Fort worth to see what it was about. We went and ate at gas monkey and then headed see the dallas stadium. I happen to see the sign and so we stopped. I didn't quite know what to expect. The wax replicas were very very interesting along with the other walk throughs they had. I enjoyed it very much. We dont have absolutely nothing to do in Lawton ok,. Looking to go back to dallas very soon.
Fun for the whole family! Even bigger than the one in San Antonio! There is a lot to do here. I have only done the believe it or not and the wax museum and it was a blast! I love the gift shop and candy factory as well!
It was a cool experience but the wax figures didn't look a lot like the stars.

We had a fun time here, we got the all access pass. We had so much fun! Yea some parts are a little cheesy but that's what makes it fun! We especially loved the mirror maze (it's very easy but the lighting makes it fun), the Ripleys museum was really cool, theres alot of interactive aspects to it. The wax museum was surprisingly large. We took so many pictures and couldn't stop laughing and smiling. Will definitely go back on a rainy day.

This was my 1st time going, it was a birthday gift from my boyfriend. The lobby had a bad smell. The attractions were good, but the laser did not last long enough. We had the combo for all attractions. The movie 7d could of lasted a little longer.
We had tons of fun at Ripley's! We checked on Groupon and got an amazing deal. It was only $12 per person for the Ripley's Odditorium (compared to $20) and then anything else we wanted to do was discounted, so we went for the wax museum for a cool $5 per person. We went for my boyfriend's 21st and all 5 of us had a great time. The wax hands are really cool and we got a couple one made for about $20 total. Make sure to bring cash and quarter for all the little machines along the way!
Lots of attractions and things to do also lots of variety
Same stuff they had when I was a kid, 30 yrs ago lol. The prices were a bit steep, but I prolly just didn't do it right lol.
I really enjoyed the mirror maze, it as fun. The people in there with us didn't enjoy it as much lol.
Overall, it was worth the stop to wait out traffic. Kids had fun and will most likely remember some of it at least.

One of my favorite places to go to the the DFW metroplex. I've taken several guests to Ripley's and they have all enjoyed the attraction.
This place was cool. We did the 5 combo deal and I think it was worth it. It only took us about 2 hours. The gift shop was reasonable. I would recommend coming here if you've never been. Go early to beet the crowd.
Ripley's is a great place to spend time with your family! There was something for everyone to do. The kids learned so much and really had fun taking pictures with the wax figures!

Not what I expected but it was fun. The wax figures weren't that good of a likeness to the stars but it had some interesting things there... the haunted part was the best. Way too expensive!!!
It was disappointing , I wanted to see the Texas first lottery millionaire in the wax museum.

The wax museum was really awesome. It's definitely worth stopping in. They offer money saving combos deals for their attractions. Be prepared to spend some hours there. There is a lot to see!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The 7D moving theatre was the family favorite. A must try for anyone who likes rollercoaster style attractions.

We went there on a whim and it turned out to be one of the best experiences in my life. All of the exhibits were outstanding. The Life of Christ exhibit breathtaking. I would go again just for that.
Enjoyed Wax museum and Ripley' s and mirror maze. The wax museum is inferrior to the one in San Francisco but still really fun. The haunted portion was great. You MUST but the glasses for the mirror maze it is completely worth it.

Lots of fun, good for when you bring friends. Interesting options for activities. Not something you could spend all day at. Each activity could probably be do be twice before you get bored of it. My favourite eas the haubted house at the end of the wax museum and the mirror maze!
Let me start off by saying I'm a little torn on this review. I've been coming to Ripley's since I was a kid and it's always been one of my favorite places, however, the quality has steadily gone down over the years. On Saturday we visited and decided on doing the wax museum and the mirror maze, for 5 of us it was around $120. For what it is these days that's way over priced.
The wax museum is always our favorite and for the most part it was great. Since our last visit they have changed up the "scary" portion quite a bit and personally, I liked it better before. It seems like there are less wax figures and a lot more random halloween-type decorations. Overall though the wax museum is still awesome and worth checking out if you can get in with a coupon...it's not worth paying full price.
Now, on to the mirror maze. You're able to do the mirror maze as many times as you want which is a huge plus. We've done the maze on 2 or 3 different occasions and always had a blast doing it. On Saturday when we went it was a totally different experience. When you go through the maze they give you gloves to wear so you don't streak the mirrors with fingerprints- there was no attendant and the box of gloves was empty but there was a stack just thrown on a table so we grabbed some from there. As we were walking down the hall there were gloves littering the floor. 2 trashcans full of used gloves were at the end of the maze and they were so full that they were all over the floor too. That was already a bad sign but we put our gloves on and into the maze we went. Normally it's a challenge but this time the mirrors were covered in fingerprints and smears making it obvious where the mirrors were and easy to walk straight through. We decided to go a few more times just so the kids could have fun and at one point all of the lights completely shut off for maybe 20 seconds leaving everyone standing there in total darkness. The whole thing was a mess. When we were leaving we told an employee (who was locking the front doors even though it was 7pm and they close at 8) that it was a mess over there and someone may want to check on it. He said "we're about to close anyway."
I really hope management makes some changes and gets back on top of things. It's really upsetting seeing how far downhill this place has gone over the years.

Was not impressed with the attraction: boring and redundant: they have themes on each corner but nah, not worth it!
