Is that because only 1 person works or something.

They cannot calculate and therefore pay less than what you are entitled to. To object, you must send a letter (and they do not provide a reply number). So you have to incur expenses (instead of scanning and emailing your letter) because THEY made mistakes!
What a rude organization this! Staff are treated as dirty!
Why is it so terribly complicated to get a subsidy for something? I requested it because, according to the Netherlands, I am eligible for this if I have the windows installed; but if that does not go through, I myself have to pay the big bill without a subsidy, right? I only believe it once it has been paid, and I bet that it will not happen despite my efforts and private account of 11,000 euros. Who has good experiences? to be honest, I think that The Hague is not eligible to participate, because in recent years I have not achieved anything .... well; we'll see.
Thank you to the managers and ministers for making us work from home with 60% inefficiency and paying our salary 100% because the managers do not have the capacity to make the building more suitable for corona policy and to find a solution quickly.
