We had a very good experience with RighTime Home Services! Trevor came perfectly on time and after listening to what has been going on with our AC, was able to pinpoint the problem and explain to us the possible pathways we could take to repair or give our very old AC some more using time. Trevor was very patient and professional all throughout the process, despite the insane heat outside. Great service overall, I will definitely contact RighTime again in the future for any AC repair or tuneups!!

Referral from home depot placed me in the right hands for my heating and ac needs. Timely, great price, quick instal, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend them and they service the Ridgecrest area as well.

We set up an appointment to have our AC services by this company. Our appointment was set up for Wednesday and we tried to confirm Tuesday an estimatted arrival time. We got no response. We needed an approximate time due to the need to be home for technician. I stayed home all day Wednesday and waited. The company called me at 3:15 pm saying that they would have to put me off until the next day. I called several times prior with no response to messages. Very unprofessional. Find another company because the person that called me had no consideration for the fact that I was bothered and that they waited my day. I will spend my money hiring REAL professionals that understand the value of paying customer and communication scheduling professionally.

Jeremy and his team did an excellent job installing my ac unit today. They were fast and efficient I would definitely recommend them. Will be using their services from now on.

I requested a redevice (replacement of all the outlets and switches) using my own smart devices, a new circuit into my garage and installation of three ceiling fans and the ability to control them from my smart wall switches. The team arrived, got down to business and was extremely professional. When they reached issues with my house (older house with old wiring and a bit of non-standard stuff all over), they explained what was going on, showed me the issues and what would be needed to do the job right. This job was bigger than they thought and the proceeded to finish the project and honored the original quote estimate. Will I use them again? Definitely! I met three different groups of the team and all of then were extremely professional, nice, knowledgeable and courteous.

Great service! Very professional, amazing work. Very clean and fast. These guys new what they were doing. Jeremy and Dallas were just great. Loved their work ethic. Like I said, they were very professional and hard working and very fast. It really didn t take long for my ac/heater to be up and running. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs this type of work to be done in their home.They accidentally made a small hole on my ceiling and we had a contractor come in 2 days later (joe) and fixed it rite up. He was great too. I am very impressed with all of them. Thank you Jeremy, Dallas and Joe!
