We set up an appointment to have our AC services by this company. Our appointment was set up for Wednesday and we tried to confirm Tuesday an estimatted arrival time. We got no response. We needed an approximate time due to the need to be home for technician. I stayed home all day Wednesday and waited. The company called me at 3:15 pm saying that they would have to put me off until the next day. I called several times prior with no response to messages. Very unprofessional. Find another company because the person that called me had no consideration for the fact that I was bothered and that they waited my day. I will spend my money hiring REAL professionals that understand the value of paying customer and communication scheduling professionally.
