Worst company, dont join here instead be unemployeed. Before joining here please talk to some employees who are already working & who already left the company to get whole understanding,
All positive reviews are done by forcing employees to write good for the company.

Let me share my experience.
So I working here is like a unbenifited, demotivated robots,

Management will try to brain wash you management will be negotiating on salary at the time of interview discussion and they will offer you less than you expected & they will justify it by giving lame reasons that after probation they will review performance & hike the salary which will not happen at all

No pay on over time 11 hours
useless process changes
Hidden HR policies
Pay cuts without strong valid reasons
un necessary work pressure
Every 3 -4 months policies changes
No job security at all you may be served the notice to leave the company anytime without much notice period.
No timely appraisals

Even in the time of lockdown in Corona situation the company forced us to come & physically work here even we worked remotely.I mean these people just mailed us if you are not coming to office then we will take strict action, which company does that in a pandemic situation?

Project managers are like puppets here.They dont have own brains.

Everthing will be fine just for starting 6 months & after that drama happens.

Even you can read reviews of Rigel staffing which is pathetically managed by unsuccessful director who doesnt even deserves to be director & people over there just leave in months. You can also check by contacting some ex employees.

I suffered my mental & physical loss & at the time of appraisals got 0.

When I changed my job some people said oh youre from Rigel that is very miss managed company how you worked there... Thanks now I am in another company and happy!

Hello people, let me share you my experience.
Last month - October'19, when I was looking for a job change, the HR of Rigel Network approached me for the job posting of Sr Content Writer. First, I was being interviewed on the telephone for the first round. And guess what? I got selected. Now for the second round, I was given for the written test. After couple of days, HR started taking follow ups of my test and submitted them after 3 days. And now guess what? I also got selected for the further round.
Here comes the personal round of interview. Since I've been working and staying in Ahmedabad, I had to come down to Vadodara for the final and personal round of interview. And I came and appeared for that too. After taking a leave and spending on commutation, I was really hoping to get selected. Even I was very positive after the final round of interview. HR and the Director told me they will surely get back to me after 4 days. And by this way, 4 days went on. I started taking follow up with HR. She said since our other director is not in the town, will let you know once he's here. So by this way days and weeks passed by. It's been almost 1 month, I'm yet to received any feedback and HR is on the verge of ignoring me. She's not been responding me anywhere. When I have had words with HR, she said Directors are not replying me or giving me proper answers.
So I just want to ask HR and the company (obviously Directors) that is this how you play with the candidate who are really looking for a job? Is this the way to play like a football by passing days and keeping candidate on a queue? Is this the way to hire or tell 'I will get back to you soon'? Is this the way to waste a productive day of a candidate who's from out of the town?
First kindly try to deal with your HR and Interview process. If you don't wish to hire, then simply don't wast our time by conducting interviews. Don't just keep the faith alive by saying " I will get back to you soon" to the candidate.

It's en eye-opener for those Candidates who're planning to work with company or going for an interview. It's me today. It might be YOU tomorrow. So please be careful before you step in for the interview.

I was working with Rigel more than 2 years and I have a great experience
with the company and not a single issue or complaint I had faced from Rigel, and it gains me lots of confidence and knowledge
during this period, so I am thankful to Management, my project Manager, my seniors and HR,SANA,Operation,Account Departments and also my other Rigeliet friends. I was connected with Rigel professionally as well as personally.At the end thank you once again to all from the bottom of my heart.
