They started off decent for my company, but my latest experience has been pretty poor. Spoke with "Ed", had to hunt around a bit since they didn't have what I needed in stock on a previously ordered item. He said they could get it in later. Left 2 messages on 2 different days, no call back. Finally decided Ed didn't take us seriously, so I spoke with Daniel. He said he'd check into it and see what the wait time would be for the order. To his credit, he got back promptly and said they wouldn't carry it anymore. To their detriment, I now have two different stories about whether they could or would carry it. Looks like "When Others Can't, We Can" needs an addendum. "But We Won't". Since we do government contracts, I need a reliable supplier.

They Cut all of my pieces 1/8" smaller than the dimensions I asked for and were not willing to rectify their mistake. I will never do business with them again, and I would advise everyone to do the same.

This company is terrible. Their representative told me the product # I needed and told me i had to go online to place the order. It turned out to be the wrong item, i couldn't use it. Shipping costs were over $20. i contacted the company, i was told i would have to pay shipping to return an item i couldn't use AND i would have to pay shipping on another item i ordered. This is a rip off! please be ware!!!!

James and Kayla were amazing in helping me order exactly what I needed for this custom job. A space 30ft long and not a standard lighting sheet size, James helped run the figures and gave an amazing price matched quote for the amount of acrylic lighting sheet I needed for 60 linear feet. Kayla helped with a last minute decision and getting it pushed through and completed same day. Both employees made this custom job simple, cheap, and beautiful now that it's done.

Very poor, both quality and costumer service. We ordered plexiglass, and it was way off from the dimensions they mentioned. The thickness of the material was 10% below what they charged us for. Other dimensions were almost one inch shorter. We contacted the customer service, and they simply did not take the responsibility. Still waiting to hear from them

This place is awesome Daniel helped me out getting my frosted Plexi over the phone. Super easy to work with and a great price. We are using the plexi on a shower wall in a RV and looks great. These guys have my vote. Adam from Camplife Customs

Did a custom marine board (LDPE) shelf for an aquarium stand and it came out great and was completed a day earlier than originally estimated. On another visit I bought some 1/4" OD acrylic tube which is working great for 1/4" push-fit connections on my aquarium. I was concerned after the other negative reviews but didn't encounter any friction at all.

Terrible service! We gave this company some dimensions for round plastic tubing and they sent us a bunch of unevenly cut oval garbage. We explained that the product did not match the dimensions that we requested, and they told us they would have to charge an additional amount (another $1000.00) in order to make the product to our specifications. Strange how they did not mention that they could not make the product properly in the first place. So we are simply out $1700.00 dollars due to the fact that this was a "custom item" and is considered nonrefundable. On top of everything else the customer service representative, Travis was rude and completely unhelpful. I will never order another product from this dishonest vendor. I recommend avoiding them at all costs. I suggest going with Regal or Port Plastics for far superior service and comparable if not better pricing.

I made an shipping selection error (eCommerce site is not well done) while placing order and immediately called and spoke to a customer service rep to rectify. She told me that if I responded to the confirmation email accepting the additional shipping charges, they would process the order. That was 6 days ago, and when I called to check status today they informed me that the order was on hold due to the problem that I called about last week and that it was my fault. Thanks guys, I know it was my fault... that's why I called and emailed last week. Bad customer service, do not recommend.

Their scrap bin out front is always a go to for me. I always score something I can use and would normally be really expensive. I've used them for a couple of custom projects and they were really easy to work with.

Nowhere on their online store does it say that products are back ordered. I ordered a sizable amount of delrin on June 31st and its now august 9th. The product is yet to be shipped. Upon calling them to find out the ship date is now the 13th. Also their shipping charges are astronomical I am in the Los Angeles Area and it will cost 80 dollars for them to ship me my stuff ground and late. Never again. Stay away.

The worst experience I ve ever had with on line ordering. My shipment was damaged and was also shorted. Serval phone calls and emails and absolutely no corrections made. Customer service was rude and talk down to me. Truly bizarre and unacceptable.

Called and got a quote from ePlastics, I normally go to the place in Chula Vista but they were backed up with orders. The sales person was very helpful and got me a quote with in 24hrs. They were willing to address my plastic 1/4 odd cuts.

I had a good experience here today, although when I initially called I got hung up on or she dropped my call by accident when trying to transfer me. After calling back, the rep I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful. Stopped by today and another rep was able to answer my questions on various products and he helped me find a lower cost product that saved me about $80. Got my order in and it was ready in 15 min! Everyone was helpful and friendly.

WARNING!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM.THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I purchased three (3) sheets of black seaboard. Their warehouse clerk convinced me it needed to be delivered. The next day it was not delivered. I went to their store to get a refund. They gave me a receipt saying it had been delivered. They said their "accounting computer was down", and they would process refund later. I waited one week. No credit applied to my account. One week later I called. Asked to talk to the manager. He refused. The 'secretary' said she would email me a credit slip. Two days later I got an email for a "credit slip" for only one of the three pieces I purchased, plus they deducted for "shipping". I paid nearly $400 and they credited $90. The product never left their store. Also, the $90 'credit' still has not reflected back on my credit card. Worst experience ever with a company. What's wrong with these people? Stay away!!! Buy somewere else.

Please BEWARE and stay away from this company!!! In the multiple years working in the fabrication industry I have never came across a company that show such lack of costumer service and very very misleading prices. I contacted with them prior to purchasing with several references and illustration with dimensions - asked them review my order to make sure didn't miss anything. Chris Shane the representative reply that all I would need is to purchase the acrylic sheet and add the cutting cost listed below. Which I accidentally did mess up and selected the more expense cutting cost of 50+ cut ($50) compared to the circle charges of 25+ cuts ($10). So I submit my proposal to my client which was accepted and placed my order. Come to find out the next day after I submitted my order, a Stephanie Hernandez informed they needed to add an addition $450 for CNC cost and 10-15 day turn around. Definitely information that you would think would me important especially in the fabrication industry. Not to mention, what does 25+ for $10 means? To me it mean if I purchase a sheet of acrylic and want 30 discs it should cost $10 or am I mistaken here? Needless to say, I sent a response to Ms. Hernandez expressing my unhappiness with the situation and this will effect my bid. No response after a whole business day and when I informed my client of the delay in delivery date he took his business elsewhere. From trying to make a profit to losing business doesn't seem at all important to this company. If you purchase from them good luck and beware of their practices or the lack there of.

No complaints here. In our experience, it has been a pretty straightforward company, website is easy to understand and operate. When we've had more specific questions, customer service and technical crew have been perfectly helpful and pleasant to work with.

I have yet to receive my order from them but an inquiry into the status of the order yielded a rude response from the person answering the phone. I recently received approval to move ahead with a 22,600.00 project and am in the process of ordering samples to test the color on site. 85% of the budget was to be spent on the 1/8 acrylic sheet for installation in our building. Update, I have received the order and it was in excellent condition. The packing was clean and well done. I have upgraded the review as the product did come as described.

I've been ordering sheets of Plexiglas from ePlastics for about 3 years. Orders always come in on time and when I've had questions concerning a product someone always picks up the phone at ePlastics. They also offer a wider range of Plexiglass products, especially the thickness of the Plexi, that is hard to find anywhere else. I'm on the East Coast, and the packaging/shipping is a concern with Plexiglas orders. ePlastics packs the glass really well and I've never had a piece delivered with a crack or even a scratch. I highly recommend ePlastics and feel they do a great job!

They tried to add 20 dollars after my order so I cancelled. Claimed I'd be refunded, still haven't. Then several days later 18 more dollars was taken off my credit card without my permission which I have screenshots and a statement from my card company now been turned over to my lawyer. Beware people

good selection, the service is much better than it used to be. Not sure if they have new management but fab jobs now get done in a day instead of two weeks. Hope they keep up the new level of service. Still a San Diego classic.

I needed some small acrylic label blocks for my mineral collection. There are lots of blocks out there but all are suited more for retail commercial displays and thus far too large, clunky or expensive. Found ePlastics on the web and thought that some of their 0.5" acrylic rod would do the trick if sliced into small pieces. I was afraid that the job would be too small and fiddly for them and wondered about the quality but took a chance. No problem, my blocks shipped a little over a week later and the quality is excellent. They even adjusted the price I estimated in the order process because fewer cuts were necessary in the end. Last but not least, I appreciated being able to order from Canada with absolutely no extra fuss or upcharge. Great quality and service.

Customer care is non existent. Whoever answers the phone is rude and you get routed back and forth and they have no intention to help the customers. I was shockingly surprised that a product company employees can be this unprofessional and rude. I will never buy from them.

I've been a reluctant Ridout customer off and on since the 60's. Sometimes they have what I want at a price which is too high, but which I'm willing to pay because I want it now. But from day 1 their attitude toward customers, especially ones who don't look like they are going to be spending a lot of money, is uniformly abusive. The overall attitude is "hey buddy, this isn't a lumber company, this is PLASTIC". The fabrication quality is usually good, but the attitude toward customers and the way they run the store is bad. Avoid.

Answered all my questions and suggested a cheaper option...great scrap bin.. They have a prohibitively high $250 minimum for CNC fabrication, however their traditional tooling is reasonably priced.

I really wanted to like this company, because of their wide range of products, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. It took me about three phone calls and four emails before I finally got the basic information I was looking for on one of their products. My other bad experience with them was when I purchased 24 sheets of 50x100" acrylic cracked ice panels. At delivery, I was given an entire pallet with the product wrapped in carboard and strapped down. When I got back to my shop and unloaded it, I found the bottom two sheets were damaged with chunks missing. In all, one and a half sheets were unusable. I asked for store credit on the 1.5 sheets, but I was told I "signed for these in good condition when [I] picked them up". I'm sorry, but will not continue to do business with a company that sneakily inserts damaged products into an order and then doesn't remedy the situation when called out.

Bad service, walk around show room ignored. They were busy then they became available, I was still ignored. They make sure to make no eye contact. Finally I went to counter to ask a price. Good plastic selection but high prices.

Great service - both via email before I decided to use eplastics to make a few windows for my boat, and once I got to the showroom. I didn't expect same-day service, but walked out with excellent materials and quality craftsmanship on the work I had done. I highly recommend eplastics and will be using them again when needed. Geez, after reading some of these reviews about the customer service, I was terrified to call these guys, especially not knowing anything about what I was about to ask. But I did. And they couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating! I spoke to two people and both of them spent a lot of time with me exploring lots of different options.

I ordered from this company and had a damaged item upon arrival. The corner was chipped and I sent pictures to their Customer service. My husband had already taken the recycling out so I did not have the package it came in. They said they could not help me since I didn t keep the box it came in. Beware do not order from this company!!!

really!! you need to buy a big sheet of plastics, then pay them for labor to cut a circle, for a small coffee table. I'll find one at a thrift store!! and they were rude, they didn't have time for you!!

Finally a plastic place with a show room/retail center. Had great service and all my questions about light diffusing plastic were answered. Great prices and alternative to home depot and Lowe's.
