*** Update *** If your remarks were sincere you would have called me. Your response is more about making your business look like it cares when in reality you have no intention of correcting your error. I've already taken the tractor at my expense to a dealer to get it fixed. Had you properly tested this tractor you would have realized it should have never left your business.

The great service I received turns out has a very thin top coat. My tractor has a significant problem involving the PTO and when I called about options I lost in every one of them. New tractor with 6hrs and I'm heartbroken without even making my first payment. Took 15 years for us to finally buy our dream tractor and we were so happy for what turned out to be 1 week. I can no longer recommend POWERSPORTSCOMPANY for they ultimately chose profit over customer.

Shopped around for tractors and was very impressed with the level of professionalism at Powersports Company. Mark was the salesperson and provided fantastic customer service. I run a business in Fond du Lac and needed a tractor to work compost and other tasks on the farm. I've had other Kubota products and view them as tough and reliable.

don't waste your time here! the company doesnt respond to multiple emails or phone calls. walking into the store it was empty and took 10 minutes for a sales person to go up to me. nothing there for anything used. i was looking for a new mower and an atv, for sure will take my business elsewhere! was much better place when it was Hupf Honda Hut.

I have had the opportunity, good fortune, to work with Mike Kunert on a couple of occasions. Once on a large equipment purchase that needed a lot of help and understanding, and once for very hard to find Scag mower parts. Both time he has treated me like I was his only customer, and did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it . In my world we refer to men like that as "righteous individuals" and there aren't many around these days. I am sure he treats everyone he meets the same way. Stopped in to look at string trimmers. Was pleasantly surprised to find a large selection and a friendly knowledgeable staff that was willing to find answers to my questions. Thanks to Benny and Justin I've found a new place to purchase my stihl products.

The worst parts dept. I've dealt with in 50 years of motorcycling. Called Mike for availability of apart. Yes they but, he would have to find and can back. 6 days later called again and got the same response. Now 9 days later and still no response. Isn't customer service great these days.

Fast service, friendly staff, but soda machine is out of order and water dispenser is out of cups.

Great services. Always done in a timely manner. Never had any issue with break downs. Spoke with Ashlynn Ronayne, who is the current service writer, and she made sure my ATV and chainsaws were taken care of as if they were her own.

I have had numerous great experiences with both my personal home equipment and the equipment servicing at my fire department. The service is beyond compare and highly recommended!!!

These are the go to guys for all your equipment needs. I've been buying from them for years and have purchased Simplicity parts, Stihl, Honda mowers and a custom enclosed Triton trailer and couldn't be happier. Mark and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. On a number of occasions I have needed parts or repairs quick to get me back up and running the service department has always come through for me. Excited to see they now sell Kubota too. Recently purchased a larger property and will need to upgrade my Simplicity for a real tractor soon!

I recently purchased a Kubota zero turn lawn mower from Powersports Company. The staff exceeded my expectations with their honesty, extensive knowledge regarding the products, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I was even able to mow a part of their lawn to test run the mower I was interested in buying. After enduring several negative experiences at other companies, Powersports Company is undoubtedly the company I will continue to recommend to friends and family. I was offered a fair price, I am pleased with the mower, and customer service was outstanding. When I am ready to invest in a tractor, I will most definitely be visiting Powersports Company again to make that purchase.

We recently purchased a new Kubota 3200 from Mark. It was the best buying experience I had had in years! Great Pricing and Great service during and after the sale. When you go to the Power Sports Company you don't need to look and further.

If it were not for the good employees I'd have given this place a 1 based on Mike's attitude alone. For my 1st time here this guy was beyond rude. Asking a simple question and just snippy. However, the rockstar employees made up for his severe lack of customer service.

Ashlynn was most helpful and madee the experience at power sports center enjoy able. Seems to be an excellent employee.

I have been purchasing equipment for my Tree Service through Mark at Powersports Company for years and have always been impressed. They have always had excellent service and prices and I would highly recommend using them for all of your Power Sports needs. I know I will be getting my next Scag mower and Kubota skid loader from them so thanks again everybody at Powersports Company.

Awesome experience. I was in a pinch and needed a new front tire put on my Honda Shadow. Every place within an hour of where I live was out 3-4 weeks with service. I don t have a lift. David at Powersports in Beaver Dam helped me out tremendously. Was able to sneak me in when he had time and had the tire on in a few days. Picking up the bike tomorrow and can t wait to get back out on the road. Without these guys I would have had to wait a month.

Recently I went to Powersports Company to purchase a new Lawn Mower and the selection and help from their sales team was great! In fact their lawn care selection of tools was awesome!

Powersports has been fantastic to work with for many years. I have purchased two scag turf Tigers, two Honda UTVs, and many Stihl tools. Great service and done in a timely manner. Mike went out of his way to deliver my Honda pioneer after servicing it. I would not go anywhere else!

Mike and staff are professional and knowledgeable. I ve only dealt with Honda products and care, I d take my machines no where else.

My bike is in for repair and they've had it for a week and no one has even looked at it. Now they tell me their mechanic is going on vacation so I'll be without it another week with no idea what's wrong or when it will be fixed. I don't even have an estimate for repairs.

Would Not Recommend. Bring Your repair work to Sam's Automotive in Fox Lake. They Fix anything. Have had very good experiences with them.

People here can't seem to find any part needed for a Scag. Lucky I took pictures of the motor, and also the plate that has the info. Then it takes l day to try and find a part. I took my battery from my Scag to have tested and they said it was shot and cost $70.00. I said later! I then went to fleet farm and had them test the same battery and they said it was ok yet and a new one was $24.99. what a joke. Buyer beware
