*** Update *** If your remarks were sincere you would have called me. Your response is more about making your business look like it cares when in reality you have no intention of correcting your error. I've already taken the tractor at my expense to a dealer to get it fixed. Had you properly tested this tractor you would have realized it should have never left your business.

The great service I received turns out has a very thin top coat. My tractor has a significant problem involving the PTO and when I called about options I lost in every one of them. New tractor with 6hrs and I'm heartbroken without even making my first payment. Took 15 years for us to finally buy our dream tractor and we were so happy for what turned out to be 1 week. I can no longer recommend POWERSPORTSCOMPANY for they ultimately chose profit over customer.
