This was my first time dealing with services directly with a dealership and it went exactly how I didn't imagine it going in the best way possible. You hear the horror stories of the pricing and the service time of dealerships and their services, but they are definitely worth it. My advisor for the day (and for sure the near future) was Lauren and she went above and beyond with taking care of everything I needed rather than wanted. She had some solid recommendations with specific reasoning and I felt comfortable following those reasonings. Had some minor delays due to mechanical issues, but definitely got everything in working order and kept me updated every step of the way. Definitely an experience, but a good one for the first go round.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs. From my initial phone call to check on inventory through the moment I drove away in my new vehicle the service was top notch! Robbie Hall was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I also had a great experience with Donnie the finance manager. He did a wonderful job explaining everything, he was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Victoria was super helpful when I took delivery and made sure everything was set up to my liking before driving off into the sunset. I am happy to recommend Rick Hendrick Toyota as an excellent purchasing experience.

I purchased my first car and by working with Edwin, my experience was amazing! He made sure I got into a vehicle of my choice for the best price. Although prices are currently inflated in this time, they worked with me to get the best deal possible and in the end I was very satisfied. This was a very pleasant experience compared to other dealerships as well. Pierre in finance was amazing to work with and Victoria was also amazing as she helped me set up my new vehicle.

Juan Calderon has been my vehicle service advisor for couple and has been brilliant. He's courteous and always willing to work with me. He seeks to understand my vehicle needs and my financial restraints to leave me happy as his customer. For this he deserves full marks.

I recently moved to GA from FL and I ve been so please to experience an even better service than what I had with my car-dealer in FL. Rob Borre was GREAT!! Awesome personality, great customer service and most importantly I felt like he had my best interest at heart!! I think I ve found my go to spot for my car! Thank you so much Rob!

Fantastic customer service! I work at a hospital and when I got out of work last Friday I had an almost flat tire. I was able to make it home. I called my dealership (not Toyota) and I had to leave a message. My message was returned the next day around noon. In the meantime my husband called the Toyota dealership and was able to talk to Kevin Myler. Kevin was waiting for us with Juan to take care of my car. The tire was fixed on a Friday afternoon and the biggest surprise was that it was at no cost. THANK YOU for your great customer service and for taking care of the healthcare workers that are still dealing with this pandemic on a daily basis. Kevin and Juan were the highlight of my day for sure and were able to shine a positive light into the start of my weekend with their kindness and fast problem solving attitude. Our work force need more employees like you!!!

GREAT SALESMAN!! I purchased my first car entirely on my own at 19 years old, my salesman Saint was super helpful and informative. Obviously as a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he addressed and guided me through all of them until I found the perfect car for me. He gave me a variety of options to choose from; from SUVs to sedans until we both agreed on the right fit for me. I went with both of my parents who speak Spanish and Saint was able to communicate all details about the cars, and purchase to them both, which we greatly appreciated. Amazing experience overall, highly recommend this dealership and specifically Saint as a salesperson!

Best Car buying experience I have ever had! Kat was my salesperson and she was wonderful! Very engaged with the entire process start to finish! Everyone knows that buying a car at a dealership can be a very stressful experience, and I was expecting that to be the case. Instead Kat made it a delightfully fun experience! Oh and I love my new car!!!

My first car in the US and I received the best customer service!!! I will never go to another dealership! Saint Diaz and Paul (the financial PhD guy) made a great team work! Everyone one was very nice all process. Specially bc I had my 2y old son with me, running around and crying. I can t thanks enough Paul for all his assistance and patience with me. He is definitely the best ever!! I wish can give 10 stars!!
