Fantastic customer service! I work at a hospital and when I got out of work last Friday I had an almost flat tire. I was able to make it home. I called my dealership (not Toyota) and I had to leave a message. My message was returned the next day around noon. In the meantime my husband called the Toyota dealership and was able to talk to Kevin Myler. Kevin was waiting for us with Juan to take care of my car. The tire was fixed on a Friday afternoon and the biggest surprise was that it was at no cost. THANK YOU for your great customer service and for taking care of the healthcare workers that are still dealing with this pandemic on a daily basis. Kevin and Juan were the highlight of my day for sure and were able to shine a positive light into the start of my weekend with their kindness and fast problem solving attitude. Our work force need more employees like you!!!
