Richmond Hill Aquatic Club Review

Twice now, we show up and are told the pool is not booked by the club, despite the website saying there is a class. And it s only our second year in the program!

The communication and management are terrible. The coach of the super shark is rude and has no any patience. It is a waste of time.

I have been here starting from when I was 8 years old. All the coaches here push us to get good times and succeed in meets. That's what competitive swimming is all about! Currently, I am still swimming here at the level Select and we have practices for about 5 times a week. If you come here, I'm sure you will be able to get good exercise and have a good active living! It's a wonderful team!

Terrible terrible place. A total waste of time and money. I have nothing good to say about the coaches managers or the program.
I am very disappointed with our time there. Their website is a mess. The administration is horrible registration and communication is a nightmare. Worst of all is how little the coaches pay attention to the kids in the pool. The feedback you receive is a joke. I wish we had never join the club.
