Took my 2012 Tri-Glide in for service. Handled very professionally by Brandon and Loretta. Introduced to mechanic Ryan, who later came to waiting area to confer with me about a choice on the procedure. I picked up a new mesh jacket for summer riding, pleasantly served by the retail folks. Impressed with the dealersip, its people and their obvious skill sets. Feel like a member of the family. Rode 170 miles today...bike runs great!
My experience with two Beautiful Young Laddies!!
Was jammed up on a business trip in Richmond. Pass the store every year on my way to OBX and always wanted to slide by. Got out of my meeting and ran up to purchase my daughter a souvenir, a pair of shoes. Lee approach me (beautiful young lady #1) and I asked if she could help. My daughter being just a little chic-a-do (13) I know there wasn't much of a chance to have her size but I asked anyways. Lee was more than happy to help me on my impossible task. After spending more time than she needed to I had to call her off. I have no doubt that she would still be looking if i would have let her. I grabbed a few tee shirts and headed to check out feeling completely satisfied with the unsuccessful attempt to find my shoes. Upon getting to the register I met beautiful young lady #2 Monica. She apologized for not having the shoes. I did not speak to her about the shoes. But she knew, both of those girls were going above and beyond my expectations. I've been to a few dealerships , in fact I just retired from 23 years at a Ford dealer. I was impressed with genuine customer service I received from those two young ladies. Anytime I'm in the area they will have my business.

I went up there early last week, I was immediately greeted by the staff like I had been going there for years even though this was my first visit.
Monica the sales representative was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about all the bike they had on the floor and some they didn t, and was able to help me find the bike that suited me and my riding style. She made the whole experience very pleasant and fun, as to the usual boring drawn out one I m used to at other dealerships.
Right away I felt like I was at the right place and ended up purchasing a new bike that day and was extremely happy with paul the finance manager, he was very professional and explained every detail of the purchase in addition to all the questions I had. He also made the presses fun and basically made me feel like I was buying a hike from my uncle.
Over all this was the best experience I ve ever had in my ten years of buying cars and or motorcycles and this was by far the easiest it s ever been for me.

Years ago this dealership treated my $16 transaction like it was a $16,000 one. For this reason I chose this dealer when it was time to get a new bike. Not only did all departments treat me great, they were also kind and respectful to my teenage daughter as she asked questions about riding, the classes, and new bikes. Highly recommend. Sometimes the HD tax is worth every penny.
I m from Ohio traveling for work and just happened to see the dealership and wanted some chips, they closed 30 minutes ago lady let me in like she knew me told me to pick out what I wanted. Went to pay and they had already closed down the register she said you can have them!!!
Ps as I m typing the review in the parking lot on my bike she comes and offers me a bottle of water!!!

I needed a little work on my bike, the appointment was made quickly and I was in the shop right the next day. I was met at the door as if these people knew me from way back when. The bike went in the shop and I was met with their sales people whom after knowing the fact that I was just kidding time, he kept giving me the information about the bike I was looking at. Never thought about he is waisting he time. Very friendly and warm place. And top it all after they finished the bike they didn't charge me a penny, claiming that it was a small job. Now where in the world you can walk away without paying anything as soon as they put your vehicle just inside the door. This is actually my first dealing with Harley Davidson family and believe me they treat you like a family.
