Colonial Harley-Davidson Review

The staff are always friendly and treat you like a friend.

We stopped in to see what they had as my husband was trying to decide what to get for his new bike. The sales man was amazing. If my husband hadn't already had his heart set on a street bike we definitely would have purchased a bike here. Definitely made him rethink.

It was an absolute pleasure buying from this dealership. They weren't pushy but very helpful with purchasing my bike. Look forward to doing business with them for any of my Harley needs in the future!

I'm told they sell motorcycles and other things here but I'm not so sure. Several times recently I've stopped in looking for a new motorcycle but other than the friendly gentleman who sits by the door I can't seem to get anyone to acknowledge my existence. One time I even tried remaining just outside the front door next to my motorcycle, looking at and sitting on the display motorcycles allegedly for sale. After several minutes I determined that the 'for sale' tags hanging on the handlebars of the bikes I was sitting on must not be legitimate and that perhaps I was making the cardinal error of sitting on someone else's bike, so I decided that it might be best to leave as soon as possible lest something unfortunate occur. On a separate occasion recently, I went inside as I was looking for a new pair of boots and I was in the area. Again, the nice gentleman by the door greeted me warmly as I walked in and after a few minutes perusing the clothing section I was able to gain a young lady's attention who appeared to work there. When I inquired about what I was looking for I was informed she doesn't have any stock and won't for probably a couple of months. So that evening I checked on Amazon and had the exact pair I was looking for in my size on my doorstep 2 days later.
Strange ...

I initially made all arrangements to purchase by email and phone. My salesman was outstanding! Cornell was courteous and knowledgeable. I had a better offer elsewhere but I chose to buy the bike at Colonial and I feel I absolutely made the right decision. The sales manager even matched the other offer. I make the ride to Colonial for service and the entire staff makes you feel welcome like family. I am thankful to have a dealership like Colonial.

Wonderful open plan, lots of styles, a few bargains and friendly staff.

Walk around the store twice looking at bikes and not once did a sales person stop and saying anything even when they passed by me and looking dead in my eyes. It wasn t busy at all. Hopefully Richmond dealership isn t like this.

My personal experience with this dealership from sales rep to financing department to parts has been amazing. I was up front about the hurdles concerning my credit and sales rep Devin encouraged me to come on in that they had financing for everyone. I ve heard that before with other dealerships but Colonial HD was different. In basically two days I was riding my own 2018 Street Bob. Thank you to all involved
