I've had multiple great experiences with their event committee. They've put on great events, go out of their way to care for the parents and the kids they work with. The staff I've worked with are fun, sincere, and really care about the community. Great work!
Signed my neices and nephew up for summer camp at Hopkins park. Jermaine was very nice and helpful he got us signed up and started. The other instructors were nice at the beginning and we had a good 2 quarters there. Then they told me I wasn't signed up for the third quarter. The main lady instructor had a paper to sign up out their on the counter I asked her did I have to sign she told me no. Now they kicked them out of the program I am mad as hell for my neices and newphew their mother is legally blind and wasn't informed she had to sign more paperwork they say they don't have room but they made room for the new kids I feel they are showing prejudice and told me not to sign to make room for their friend's kids. I didn't show out but I didn't like and my nieces and newphew crying. I am not Happy they are my heart and they are hurt. Thank you for nothing Hopkins Park.
THEY DID NOT TRY TO ACCOMMODATE FOR MY EVENT. I rented the space on garnersferry for my wedding renewal. I went in to pay my last payment and I thought I could add an xtra hour,. Two people who work there told me I could. when I went to pay my last payment they told me it was to late, if I knew that I had a time on it I would have paid before than. Now that only left me an hour to set up for my event. WTF, we know if u planning a wedding it would take more than an hour to set up. All I can say if you choose to deal with them make sure you get it written down on contract because they will not try to bend to help you make that special day a great event.

Good programs but unorganized staff in the main office
Needed assistance with signing kids up for 2 locations. Mr. Micheal S. Marshall was very professional at getting everything squared away.
