I was very interested in this companies product offering, but the ability to talk to someone is impossible. I emailed twice with the dealer locator feature; nothing. I called there headquarters and they referred me to someone else that could put me in contact with the local dealer again nothing. It would appear they need to retool their sales department if they want to be a national outfitter.
Poor customer service. It is impossible to get an answer on when your order will ship. Their website is very slow and difficult to navigate.
Haven t been to the actual factory, but I own many hats and by far the Richardson 112 model hat is the best shape, fit and look for my head and I just want to say thank you for creating the 112. It is my absolute favorite, don t ever change!
Frustrating company to try and contact. My work associates and I have tried to contact them various times through phone, email, etc. There is no information on wether my order has actually been shipped or an estimated time that they will arrive. We placed an order 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing, we will be working with a different supplier for our hat needs.

Put three dealer locator request never emailed back once emailed their helpline support never was emailed back from that tried calling and phone number just rang forever I am interested in their brand but their current setup seems to be making it impossible to order anyting
Company is not taking any new customers and refers you to "authorized dealers". Their dealer locator does not work, as no one contacts you once you've filled out the form.
