Dr. Pounds and PA Natalie are great , professional and always there for my son. I m happy that I chose this office.

Everyone was so friendly. Just moved to the area and I was so nervous about my child having a new doctor but our experience was an excellent one. From the front to the back and her doctor everyone was fantastic.

We love all of the staff there. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They spend as much time as you need with them and really explain things well. I love how easy it is to get a same day sick visit.

I have been bringing my daughter to Richardson Pediatrics, specifically Dr. Randles, since she was 6 months old. We have had nothing but great experiences with the doctors and staff. Over a 13 year period and not one complaint from us says quite a bit about the quality of care provided. Highly recommend!

The actual doctors (once you get to see them) are fantastic with the kids. However, their office is all about making money.. they legit will shamelessly try to make you have 2 different appointments on the same day to speak to 2 different people so they can bill you twice. This has happened twice during this pandemic. It's appalling.

We had a great experience with Richardson Pediatric Asoociates! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Smith. She is so incredibly kind and caring. As a first time Mom, I had tons of questions; she was always patient and never got annoyed no matter how trivial my questions were. Dr. Smith truly took the time to get to know me and my son. Our appointments never felt rushed and the exams were thorough. When health concerns arose, we had discussions and formulated a plan- the Dr never dictated to us. We are very sad we had to relocate and find a new pediatrician- Dr. Smith is one of a kind and has continued to follow up with us!

My two daughters have been seeing Dr. Smith now for almost 7 years and she is a fantastic doctor but the office manager is extremely rude, combative and impossible to work with.

We have been very happy with the services we have received here. The doctors and staff here are very responsive and helpful. They take their time to fully evaluate the children and answer any questions you may have. Even though the practice is very busy, we appreciate that it is not difficult to get an appointment when you have an issue with your child suddenly arise. The other plus is that they don't usually make you wait long to see the doctor.

We always receive truly exceptional care for our kiddos here. The doctors are so kind, and so invested in our kids well-being. All the staff are very caring and helpful as well. We wouldn t take our kids anywhere else.
