I first went to Richardson Monument Company in 2007 to pick out a head stone for my parents. This is one of the next steps in the chain of life, not an easy one. I found the folks at Richardson s easy to work with and even though this is their every day work, I found them to be compassionate and understanding that the task ahead for me was not an easy one. I would and do recommend them for any family that has that task to pick out a head stone for a loved one.

I also have used them to do repair work to aging head stones that maybe leaning or just maybe needs a good cleaning, I find their repair fees to be reasonable.

And even during COVID-19 they have amazing virtual access to find all grave stones within seconds at the local cemeteries that I have family members. We did not need to meet at the cemetery, they were looking at the stone that needed the repairs, they completed the work and sent me the bill.

My daughter and I went to choose a stone for my husband's grave, hoping to beat the frost and winter. Andrew met us and showed us around and then patiently helped us in making what we wanted to say on the monument fit. The monument was put on the grave just before the first snow and it is simple, and beautifully done, a handsome memorial to someone we all loved dearly. I would choose Richardson Monument Company again.

I would be happy to share my good experience with Richardson Monument Co. and especially Andrew. I had to work out a memorial for my sister long distance. Because of the distance of about 1000 miles and the covid situation I had to rely on there expertise. All though I am a novice when it comes to computers, they were patient and worked out mistakes that were made in lining up the placement on the memorial. All though I have not been able to see the final placement due to the pandemic, I feel certain that I will be please. Cindy

Professional, honest people. I couldn't have been happier with the headstone that I purchased through them. Not only did they do an incredible job but they were easy to work with, answered all my questions and even helped search for the right headstone that I wanted and within my price range. Their prices can't be beat by area companies, and are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company is run with compassion and dedication to making the customer feel important. I live in Texas and Andrew worked with me diligently on the design and coordinating getting it completed before my sister's celebration of life in Freeport.
