Richardson Ford Sales Review

Sales and service would receive a 5. People were nice and friendly. Finance (Jason) would get a 0 if it were possible. Gave him both my local banks and he said Great. Go in to sign paperwork and he tells me how he got me a great rate at a bank near Detroit. Sign my paperwork. The following day I go to my local banks and both of them end up having lower interest rates than the place he set me up with. So I give him a call, never checked with my banks, conversation continues and in the conversation he says "well it's not my money." Needless to say if you're going to finance do some checking on your own. Would like to add more, but these were the main points in my experience.

I had honestly one of the best experiences for having to spend money on fixing a vehicle. I broke down in Standish on Friday night, water pump blew in my truck on the way up north about 2 and half hours from where I live. I went in Saturday morning about 9am and was told not to expect the truck back until Monday to probably even to be looked at which I expected. They called me 30 minutes after I left telling me they had a guy willing to come in and do the work. I got my trick back a few hours later and I wanted to say thank you the dealership and the tech for getting this done for me.

My husband and I bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado from Pat Richardson and we LOVE it!! These people know what they are doing, they have so much knowledge, and if they don't know a question they will point you in the right direction! The staff is so nice and will above and beyond to get you what you are looking for, they treat people as they should. We will be back in a few years to buy another vehicle from them, awesome, awesome, awesome job Richardson's!

If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, this is the place to go! I have purchased at least 10 vehicles from this family throughout the years. From Chevy to Ford to Dodge. I live 2 1/2 hours away. I go online to browse vehicles, find the one I love, and they drive the vehicle to me to do the paperwork and all! The delivery guy Brian has always gone over the vehicles with me to show me the ins and outs. I've had repairs done to my vehicles and they deliver a FREE loaner to me and drive my vehicle back up north to their dealership and do the repairs needed. I highly recommend the Richardson Family to everyone that says they're in the market for a new or used vehicle. I'd never go anywhere else!
