Pre-purchased oil change and arrived to be first in line with the doors opened at 0700. Despite all of this preparation it took over an hour to get my oil changed.
Seems like service is not as fast and speedy as presented.

My daughter found the car she liked on the Richardson Chrysler ... and all that website. My wife and I signed up online and met the sales team when we arrived. No high-pressure sales and no hassle. The finance department was equally kind and informative and must have told me 5 times that I could still back out if I didn't like the terms.

Will shop again and recommend.

All around great experience. From the initial test drive Alan and Matt in sales worked hard to find me the specific options I was looking for. Alan kept me informed throughout the process without being pushy or bombarding me with texts. They found me the perfect Jeep and Phillip in finance got the deal closed with the friendly efficiency of a seasoned veteran. Highly recommend this team at Richardson Jeep!

Do not purchase a used vehicle here. They had the audacity to sell me a used vehicle with complications out of this roof. 14 error codes popped up when I took my mustang to a ford servicing shop and I spent over 1500 trying to repair this vehicle with small issues still remaining. I don't want to go into too much detail about my situation but it really shows how sleazy salesman can be even management. Best advice I could give is to know your stuff when dealing with them or bring someone who does or you will become a victim

Did not buy from this dealer. People were pleasant however unorganized and left me thinking I would be there forever only to walk away. Which is ultimately what happened after 2 days of frustration. Bring your A game when dealing with them.

Amazing experience today. I had an odd situation ...

Amazing experience today. I had an odd situation with my rear window defrost shorting out and burning the back window. Everyone I came in contact with from start to finish was awesome. Derek in service and then David the service manager helped get the claim in to Jeep. They promised to call when the window came in and they did! The service manager was even the one to call and set up the appointment. I took it in at 7:00 planning on a rental for the day. The general manager Shawn was back in service greeting everyone. Ken was helping me this morning in service and was so positive and helpful. Shawn even managed to get my window and assembly changed out in less than and hour, so I didn t even have to get a rental. I ve never had such a positive repair experience from start to finish. A high bar for next time. Highly recommend the service department and staff. The new GM is hands on and that makes all the difference.

When arriving at the dealership, test driving the vehicle, and having basic questions answered - everything was fine. When going to speak to finance is where we had issues. I understand it was towards the end of the day but we waited in their lobby for about 30 minutes, still after the last person before us was taken care of already and left the lights were turned off in the facility even after an employee saw us sitting there with the TV on. When the finance manager, Phillip Pratt finally came out to get us, he would ask us a question, seemed irritated, and would go back into his office, not taking us with him to converse properly. When he decided to take us back with him, he continued to sigh loudly, respond in an overly aggravated tone, and at time closed/rolled his eyes. At this point, I could see my sister was uncomfortable and I was myself. I asked him for his business card and his mood began to shift -slightly. Any questions we had or wanted clarification on seemed like a bother to him, again it was very uncomfortable and upsetting. By the end up of it, he walked us out and asked me why I asked for his business card as soon as we sat in his office and even wanted to know what I was going to do with it. I moved forward with the purchase because my sister was more excited about the vehicle and it was a good deal, but the service from the finance manager, was extremely poor. I m hoping not to have to deal with him if I ever return for another vehicle at this location.

Update.

I've been having issues with my "certified" vehicle for about a month now, and I can't even get them to diagnose the issue. They refuse to work on my CERTIFIED vehicle. I am truly disappointed with this dealership.... I chose this dealership because of the high rating and reviews, but I've had nothing but problems. I seriously dont recommend this dealership at ALL !

I bought my brand new Challenger from sales rep Shack. He went out of his way to find me the car I virtually built on paper like I would in a video game garage.. Even after that it was not a pain negotiating the price..

I had a new motor put in my 04 Ram. First time I took it home it was leaking oil. Took it back and the seals where replaced. While having the upper and lower ball joints replaced by a friend we found multiple spots where bolts where completely missing through out the engine bay. One was broke off. I would strongly recommend looking else where for maintenance and repairs. Not only was this missed the first time, it was missed or ignored the second time. I do not trust they have any double checks in place to insure the quality or there repair and the mechanics are only as good as they feel like being that day.

Rated 1star because customer service was good but they won't tell you the price of the repairs they're doing to your vehicle until they're done and you have no choice but to pay them. Went in for an oil change, fuel filter change and alignment, not only did they take 7hrs to do everything and costing me money by not being able to be at work, the bill was $657 and I PROVIDED THE FILTERS. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Don't buy from these guys ... My wife and I went to buy a used Hyundai, I was pre-approve with my
actual lender and I wanted to continue with them because the customer service is excellent. Gave
all my document to Nikki, and told her I want to get my loan with Chrysler Capital, told her that like
five times. She gave me a document to review that have Ally in the top and I told her again that I
want to continue with my actual lender. She told me that the document was just to get my personal
information not to get the approval with Ally. She came with the pencil with some ridiculous numbers
and I told her that those numbers were not even in the ballpark or in my budget. She went to the finance office and came back with my keys. They don't even try!! I know I was upside down on my
trade and don't have perfect credit but apparently these guys only works with 750 scores and they
run credit with Ally after I told them not to. Very dishonest people. Would not even recommend this

Perhaps most of all, she never became pushy or attempted to pressure me into a buying something I didn't want or need. Fabulous experience! Kamari was the best! He was very helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. My husband and I had to do most of this deal over the phone. We live in West Texas. Kamari was available to assist with everything we need, and to answer every question we had. No pressure no drama!

THE VEHICLE WE BOUGHT IS SO NICE!! High quality, worth the money, best deal for 500 miles around. Trust me when I say, I shopped around.

The money guy, Jeff Summers was great! He didn t try to over sale the warranty packages. They way he explained the warranty options was very clear. Really, he presented a great deal! He conveyed the information, and we understood totally the financial deal we made. Nice guy! (He had me sold on the warranty, but my husband is against buying the warranties)

Finally got a chance to shop around for an affordable, great quality used car. After visiting some other dealships, we pulled into Richardson CJDR and were greeted by Fred Stevens, one of the sales managers. We wanted to drive away with our new used car and Fred made every effort to make sure we could do just that. He wasn t pushy, made sure we had a chance to look at every vehicle we wanted to and kept everything within the budget we had discussed. It became pretty cut-and-dry once we found the perfect car. It was a great deal, (basically a no-brainer) and Fred got everything put together for us very quickly, considering the vehicle had only just barely been traded in by the previous owner; it was still in the mechanic s shop when we first arrived! Fred was able to get the service team there to get our vehicle into shape quickly for us to be able to drive away satisfied.

We ll be back once it s time for the next vehicle! Thanks Fred!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I was supposed to co-sign for my son-in-law on a used car. They approved us at $313/mo, went and signed the papers and drove off with the car. A couple weeks later, Capitol One called and asked our addresses. A few days later, the girl who sold us the car said we needed to contact the finance guy, Brian (I think), because Capitol One wouldn't approve our loan because we lived at different addresses. I left him 3 messages and he never responded, but Nikki did call my son-in-law and we made an appointment with him for the following Saturday. When we got to his office, I asked what the problem was. He said there was no problem, just an issue with my son-in-laws social security number, so we had to sign new paperwork. I said 'so, there is no problem and everything is the same?' He said everything was the same and he didn't want to waste our time.

He put the first few pages in front of us for signature and explained what they were and I asked why I was signing on the left side. He said that's where the co-signers are supposed to sign. When it came to the finance paperwork, every time he put a paper in front of us, he asked us personal questions like 'you work really close to here, don't you?' And asked my son-in-law 'so, how's business at the restaurant?' The next paper, he asked me 'so, what does your business do?' He wouldn't ask a question until he put the paper in front of us.

I told him the cars brakes did not sound right and when they brought the car in before, they said it was 'normal' brake sounds. He said 'no', we're getting it in today and fix them. Everything he said was so nice and he seemed so trustworthy. But after we left the office, I told my son-in-law to check the paperwork against the original paperwork, because something didn't seem right. I kept calling them and they said the paperwork that was in the glovebox, was no longer there and they couldn't compare it.

Two weeks later, we received our first bill. It was for $354 and 'I' was the buyer!!! This goes on my credit. It's my fault for being so trustworthy while we were signing, but for a business to take advantage of us like that is just ridiculous. Good luck if you decide to buy from them!

Our purchasing experience at Richardson CJDR was "hands down" the best!!! Our salesman (David Wells) was a true professional. David listened to our wants and needs for a truck. Mr. Wells became our advocate to ensure that all of our requirements were met. In working with his manager (Jon Davis) they collaborated to bring to the table several solutions without ever having to under/over sell product. This demonstrated the integrity that Richardson CJDR has towards their customer. In the end, we were able to walk away with a new truck without having felt the undue stress of making a new purchase. KUDOS to the Sales/Management Team at Richardson.

Guaranteed that we will be coming back again and again!!!

Great customer service for the most part - kept me up to date on the repair and explained everything. I brought my vehicle in for a few reasons and in spite of multiple reminders they never really looked into one of them. The problem I reported was that the AC was no longer blowing cold while the vehicle was stationary - a problem that fairly obviously points to the condenser fan. When I talked to them to I was told it was fixed (luckily they didn't charge me anything) and they'd verified it was working, but alas the issue remained. I ended up diagnosing and fixing the issue myself so that I didn't have to deal with them again.

My sales guy Justin was awesome and very helpful in explaining the process of getting a perfect deal as a first time buyer with no credit..lol..been patient and helpful with us choosing the perfect vehicle... Things moved along really quickly, we where entertained while We awaited the paperwork. If I can rate this place zero stars, I would! Purchased a car here and a year later trying to get a state inspection for a new sticker at the same dealership, come to find, they can't verify the vehicle. Long story short, the dealership fail to provide all the proper information and now I can't pass inspection since this vehicle information "doesn't exist." Now I'm running around calling the tax office, bank, title holder, and DMV trying to get this straighten out when the dealership should have done this at the date of purchase.

One of the worst experiences I have had when it comes to looking for a vehicle, I was asked to come in to look at a 2013 Dodge Ram that was list on car guru, when I arrived at 7:30 pm after driving 40 minutes I was told that the truck was on another lot, then I was told they found it but could not locate the keys. I asked if I could see the vehicle since I drove 40 minute at that time I was told the vehicle was lock up because it was being inspected. I then show a vehicle 2 years older which cost more. I understand things happen but the truth goes a long way.

They had a new jeep listed online. I wrote the Internet salesman (Matt, I think) in order to confirm the listed price since I was going to be driving from North Frisco to come get it. Matt confirmed the price which was $35k with discounts, if I came that day... I make the hour plus round trip out there, and when I got there they were expecting me... They introduced me to a salesman that Matt asked to work with me... Then this salesman says, I was looking through your emails with Matt, and he didn't give you the right price... Due to Add-ons, the price was $50k not $35k... I would not recommend doing business here... There are plenty of other car dealers that don't low ball the price online just to get you to come in.... I've worked with Meador Dodge in ft worth and Hopper Motorplex in McKinney, both were great.

Tony and Kamari were a great sales team to work with and I didn t walk away with just a car but a trusted dealer I ll go back to for years. Always receive clean and washed car (sometimes they give complimentary car wash voucher at nearby carwash). I've been a loyal customer for 3 years now. Call before you go to get a feel of wait time.

"Oh boy, how I love spending my whole day at the dealership." -said no one ever.

Arrived to the dealership for my 9:30am appointment, for a brake service. Didn't leave the location till well after 5pm. Wasn't notified that we were waiting for a part to be delivered till about 3:30pm, great communication guys, really great. And to boot, was told that a certain service couldn't be performed on my jeep. I requested to be informed if there were any changes to the agreed upon price if any with the change of service, there was a huge change which I wasn't made aware of till looking over the papers at the register.... With no regard to my time. A heads up would have been nice so that preparations could be made to go on about the day. When asked if I could get a time window, all that was said was "I DONT KNOW" ... correct me if I'm wrong, but I dont think "I DONT KNOW" should ever be an answer to a customer. Will definitely be finding a new dealership to get services completed. By far one of the worst service center I've been to.....I originally gave 2 stars, but after typing all this up I felt they deserved one less than that.

Buyer Beware. I have purchased many vehicles from dealers and this is by far the top 3 worst experiences I've had. After working with sales, the finance attempted every trick in the book to give me the absolute worst deal possible. rock bottom dollar for a new trade, extremely inflated apr w/out ever talking to a bank and then bait and switching pricing on a vehicle that I was not even interested in. Even after catching them at it they still persisted. This was the time I just thanked them for no deal and walked out. If you have the need to purchase a vehicle. Do your due diligence and shop elsewhere unless you just want to pay thousands more for no reason....

I had a great experience at Richardson due to the great customer service I received from Ms. Tera Stegall-Mitchell. Her professionalism, expert knowledge made me know I had chosen the right dealership to buy my car
Her disposition and pleasant personality are attributes I notice right away. She did not high pressure sale me, but impressed with her knowledge and skills as a sales person.
I would always come back to Richardson knowing that Ms. Stegall-Mitchell would be available to help me with any new selection I may have in the future. I would like to add that I have bought 2 vehicles from Richardson in the pass and Ms. Stegall-Mitchell was the reason I kept coming back.

Richardson dealership is the place I refer my friends and family when car shopping, and I particularly tell them to asked for Tera When looking for a great car and a good deal.

Just bought our new jeep wrangler Rubicon from them a few weeks ago. They had the closest version/options we were looking for in Dallas without building since we are planning on using the truck for what it is and not to bling it out. I dealt with the manager, Mo, primarily and it was a smooth negation given I knew what I wanted and did my homework on price.

We had to come back and finish the paperwork since the day we agree on price, my wife wasn't there to sign given that was our plan. When we came back to finish the paper work, it was a Monday and we had scheduled with the sales guys a pickup time after work and let them know we were wanting to finish quickly. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 45 minutes before they got us in to finance which sucked. When we got into financing, we let the guy know we didn't want any warranty, gap insurance etc. Up front but he chose to take a long time regardless which also felt like Richardson wasn't very considerate of us. After 2 1/2 hours, e didn't have time for the car walk through and let the sales guy know that. He offered to send us an email with the links to instructions on how to remove the hardtop along with links to the Jeep Wave program. Needless to say, we never received an email. We followed up and sent him an email requesting the info two weeks later but still no reply.

Overall, this dealership is nothing special. I wouldn't necessarily recommend them for any activity that needs quality customer service. Really, I would just buy from them if they can meet your budget price and take somewhere else that values each customer and their unique jeep experience.

I went in there for an Express Oil Change on 6/3/15, and I went in during lunch break, at 12PM, and the oil change was done quick, in less than 20 - 30 minutes.
