They sold me a used lemon. Had it in their service department two times within the first 12 days after I had purchased it. The service manager at the time (July-2019) even stated over the phone and in-person that the vehicle shouldn't have been on the lot with what I was experiencing. It had poor alignment due to camber issues that they never corrected as well as two failing motor mounts, and later it needed a new transmission. The check engine light was frequently coming on and everytime I took it in, they gave a lame excuse, cleared it, and sent this naive woman back on the road. I should have realized what they were doing during the sales process... it was rushed and unprofessional and they took advantage of me with what I had just gone through, which was a severe accident that involved injuries, resulting in my newly paid-off SUV being a total loss as a result. Picture this: 3 men and myself at a secluded table by the restrooms, where they skimmed through and flipped to where I had to sign, briefly summarizing what it was that I was signing. There was no sticker on the window, as I had found the vehicle online. I was referred to Rich Ford by a family member who has bought brand new trucks off the lot from them for the last 30 years. After my experience, they will take their business elsewhere, as will I. I complained to the Attorney General of NM and the FTC, which both agencies suggested I seek an attorney to resolve the claim. Unlike Rich Ford, I don't make a killing off of screwing over used car buyers. I have a family to take care of, education to pay for, and can't afford legal representation with the honest and hard working salary I bring home. So, another WIN for Rich Ford. They don't deserve it, but as they expect, the little people can't afford to challenge them. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
I had the best experience dealing with Rich Ford. What made my visit there is especially exquisite, was the rep Sideshow Bob. He was no bs, he wasn t pushy, and got me in a perfect car for a great price. If you are visiting this dealership, ask for him. Hands down. Sideshow Bob will take care of you like family. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality service. 10 out of 5 stars. Tell him reeks sent you.
Worked with Cameron (Sideshow Bob) to get a new vehicle. He was amazing, dedicated, patient, and incredibly respectful in helping me find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He not only drove to another city to pick up a car I was interested in looking at without my asking, but he also came and picked me up at my home to bring me into the dealership because I had no transportation. During negotiations he was motivated to meet my needs and he answered every question. My entire experience from start to finish is exactly what one thinks of when one thinks of amazing customer service. Aaron in financing was also wonderful. If I ever need to purchase a vehicle again, I will definitely be returning to work with Cameron, Aaron, and the Rich Ford team.

My experience at Rich Ford in Albuquerque was an absolute shock to myself and my husband as to how EASY and TRANSPARENT the entire process ended up being. Over the span of months, I had contacted probably close to ten dealerships and started the purchase process already. Things continued to not work out so we decided to make some last minute efforts before just purchasing a vehicle online. Our greatest mistake was that Rich Ford was not our first call.
I called the next morning and spoke to the sweetest person named Sabrina. Within a five minute conversation, Sabrina found us the EXACT car we were hoping to find at the lowest price with the most rebates of any dealership ANYWHERE. It was a done deal in that five minute conversation.
A few phone calls and emails later the same day, and Sabrina had arranged her for amazing assistant, Lena, to drive the vehicle all the way to us 4 hours away due to myself being 8 months pregnant and my husband having a broken foot.
Literally from a five minute phone call to later the same day, our dream car was sitting in the driveway and we didn t even leave our house. Sabrina and Lena and Rich Ford are the best you will find anywhere. This is truly not exaggerated in anyway. When it comes time for us to purchase again, Sabrina at Rich Ford will be our first call!
John in Service and Abel in Parts are absolutely amazing! They were able to get me a new key for my car and fix the issue I was having with a particular setting. The customer service that these two provided me today is well beyond 5 star worthy!!
