Very Professional, Freindly, & Attentive. Great Service & the staff is very kind.

Takes forever wait over an hour just to even get in a room. Takes another hour just to see the doctor in the vidor office. They need to learn to be quicker or stop scheduling so many appointments in one day. People dont have all day to wait.

Went their to get covid19 vaccination. Super friendly staff and quick service.

I am a patient of SETMA that was bought out in 2019. All 2018 billing is handled by riceland billing department.
I have some payment issues and was referred to 3 different people, Brady Marshall, Mark Anderson and Gracie (Bmt Ofc). I talked to both men once and never got back with me as promised. Then Gracie twice, now she won t return any of my calls. Seems I overpaid and am due a refund according to SETMA because that money can not be applied to my 2019 bills. Maybe I need to try corporate. No one seems to know what to do so they just ignore me

Go anywhere else! I made an appointment for COVID testing via the website. I was then sent a confirmation email verifying the appointment date and time. I did arrive early to my appointment and waited in the parking area for COVID testing, per the signage in the lot. I began calling the number listed on the sign. After an hour of no one answering the phone, I gave up and left. I called this morning and was told that they don't do COVID testing on Saturdays. Then why is it an option on the website and why did I receive a confirmation? I was told they don't handle what's on the website. I tried to call the corporate office, but again, no one answers.

I would give these people zero stars if possible never return messages never answer phones never have appointments available until 3 days later litteraly drove 30 minutes because 2 of my kids sick I had to litteraly get in the rain with broken foot because they are to lazy to answer the phone so when I get there of course I ask them if their phones are broken I was like been leaving messages since last thursday no answer no returned calls So I asked
Exactly what did they do there at the office since they didnt do health checkups or vaccinations she was like we are not a hospital or a or a clinic we see people when appointments are available so here I am in beaumont at southeast texas minor care

I've come here for several years, back before it was Riceland when it was run by Dr Oh. It always had a walk in policy. I come here today and one physician is here one day a week and both physicians are by appointment only. It would have been nice to know this before by like getting a phone call, a letter, or hell a text message even. They have all of my info, I even live only a few blocks away. Guess it's a good thing there's an urgent care place in town because I seriously do not feel well enough to drive to one in Beaumont.

Edit: I'm changing to 3 stars because I wrote the above thinking it was for the Vidor location and I have no idea how well the service here is so I'm putting it as "neutral."

Appointments only but no one will answer the phone or return calls after leaving a message. I will be finding a more professional place to seek medical help.
